The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management in decision-making in academic departments from the point of view of faculty members at Blonde University. Data collection was done using a validated questionnaire specifically designed for this study.Result: Most participants preferred to consult physicians or pharmacists about pediatrics diarrhea management.
