The business process re-engineering is one of the popular concepts at this time because its provide a radical solution for the problems that companies faces.     This study was carried out from February to October 2012 in six semi salty ponds in Gwer sub-district which is the first work in the area. A total of 32 species and 2 genera of algae where reported as the new records.
