The present research aims at identifying the educational problems and psychological problems of distinguished students at the intermediate level. The research sample consists of (246) students who are randomly selected from four distinguished schools (2) in the Karkh\1 and (2) in the Rusafa\2.

The researcher has constructed two scales for measuring the educational and psychological problems. She ensures the psychometric characteristics of the two scales. Objective: The present study aims at identifying the dimensions behind juvenile delinquency, and to identify their
socio-demographic characteristics of gender, age, and type of delinquency.
Methodology: A descriptive study was conducted in correctional schools in Baghdad City to identify the
behavioral, psychological, and social dimensions contributed to juvenile delinquency. The study sample consisted
of (50) juvenile delinquents, of them, 27 males, and 23 females whose ages range from (12 - 20) years. Those

The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to 113 teachers at Sumer University and the response was from 105 teachers.
