  The Falluja residents had resorted to the underground water as an alternative to the surface waters of the Euphrates river passing near the city, through digging wells inside gardens of Mosques in the city during spring 2005. The present study aims to indicate the quality of these waters and demonstrates the extent of their suitability for drinking . For this purpose, 21 randomly distributed wells were chosen during August 2005. The water characters were measured ; the average values of 21 wells were as follows : Water temp .(22.6C Ù’ â—Œ ) , EC (4,11 msem .\cm ), pH (7.15 ) and concentration of cations : Na (439mg\l) ;K (275mg\l) ; Li (0,28mg\l), Ba (15.2 mg\l) and (133mg\l). Out of 180 children, 60 (33.3%) have Amoebiasis infection as diagnosed by direct wet smear and Saturated Salt Solution (SSS). SSS method is more significant (P=0.001) in diagnosis of the disease. Number of children infected with Amoebiasis infection is higher in infants aged 1-6 months, but without any significant difference to ages 6-12 or 12-18 months. In contrast, infants aged 18-24 months are significantly differant (P=0.01) as the infection rate is 16.6%. Gender also is seen to be reduced in significance (P= 0.001) for females aged 18-24 months. The research aims to understand the psychological status of and the feeling of loneliness of the trainees (recently released detainees) participating in the training and rehabilitation courses held in the Technical College - Baghdad. The study was conducted on a specimen of (23) trainees. An open questionnaire was adopted which included one question that was ( What was your feeling psychologically and socially before taking part in the training course?) , also the feeling of  loneliness Scale , designed by ( Russel,Peplau, Cutrona /University of California Los Angeles ) was implemented after the courses .

The research stems from its goal of identifying the impact of visual management on the strategic acceleration of business organizations and the state of this effect through the knowledge embedding in the Iraqi oil companies. The oil sector was tested, represented by (3) oil companies, and a sample of (151) individuals who participated in activating the visual management, distributed in higher management levels. The research relied on the descriptiveanalytical approach and the questionnaire was a main tool for collecting data and information. The results showed that visual management positively affects strategic acceleration. Moreover, This effect is amplified by the mediating role played by Embedding Knowledge.
