In this work, oral lesions belong to 17 patients, 7 males and 10 females. Their ages range between 15 and 45 years. Follow up was conducted after one day, 7 days, 14 days, one month, and finally 3 months postoperatively. The study lasted for 1.5 year. Surgical diode laser with wavelength of 810 ± 20 nm, with two power levels of 10 and 15 W were used in contact and in non-contact mode via optical fiber. The optical properties for the components CuIn(SexTe1-x)2 thin films with both values of selenium content (x) [0.4 and 0.6] are studied. The films have been prepared by the vacuum thermal evaporation method with thickness of (250±5nm) on glass substrates. From the transmittance and absorbance spectra within the range of wavelength (400-900)nm, we determined the forbidden optical energy gap (Egopt) and the constant (B).      The influence of ambient temperature on the various parameters of negative corona discharge in atmospheric dry air with coaxial cylindrical electrodes is investigated. The calculations are achieved using the finite element method by COMSOL Multiphysics software. The investigation aims to notice the effect many of working temperatures on the I-V characteristic curve of negative corona discharge in the air. The calculations of several parameters (electron density, temperature, ...) are presented visually and discussed. The results of the work are compared with theoretical and experimental data and they are in a good agreement.

Hematite samples are synthesized at different temperatures: 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 ?C at 700 ?C the ?-Fe2O3 nanoparticles are formed with particle size 71.93 nm. Eighty-five male and female participated in this study, with mean age from 20-70 years. They included: negative control group of thirty euthyroid persons represented group 1, twenty-five hyperthyroid patient (positive control) included in the second group and thirty hyperthyroid patients treated with carbimazole drug for one year or less comprised the third group.
