Objectives of the study: The study aims to assess satisfy of the coronary artery patients for the care product from
the nurse and physician and to find out the relationship between patient satisfaction with the social and the
clinical characteristics of the patients.
Methodology: A descriptive design study conducted using the evaluation approach for the duration of June 3
rd
2012 to January 31, 2013. Non-probability sample of (60) patients who were visiting or admitted (inpatient or
outpatient) to the teaching hospital in Baquba with the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. A questionnaire have
been built and develop by the researcher based on review of literature and previous research, the form included of
(3) parts: Part I demographic characteristics such as age, gender, education level, marital status, occupation,
monthly income, the second part of clinical data and the third part assessing the satisfaction of patient about the
quality of the physicians care, the quality of nurses care and satisfaction in general.
(12).
Reliability was identified
through the use of (test and retest). The validity was identified by offering experts with competence. The data were
analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis approach
Results: The results of the study showed that the highest percentage (53.3%) was males under age groups (60-69)
and (36.7%) of the sample were unable to read and write. The study showed that (75.0%) of the sample were
married, (41.7%) of the sample were female and housewife (61.7%) of the respondents live in the city, and (91.7%)
of the sample had one source of income and (61.7%) of the sample had not sufficiently a monthly income. The
results of the study shows that the patients with coronary artery disease were not satisfy with the care provided
by the nurse, the physician and general care in most of the sub domains.
Recommendations: The study recommended there is a need to writing standard education program for the nurse
and the physician in cardiac care unit to improve the care provided to the patient and establishment cardiac center
rehabilitation in all governorate to produce the service to the patient
Abstract Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide. Identifying novel biomarkers is critical for improving diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment strategies. This study investigates the serum levels of kisspeptin-1 (KISS1), its receptor (KISS1R), growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF15), and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in Iraqi CRC patients. Objectives: Explore associations between serum levels of Kiss1, Kiss1R, GDF, and CEA and disease progression in Iraqi patients with CRC. Methods: A case-control study was conducted, including 72 CRC patients and 36 healthy controls. Patients were stratified into non-metastatic and metastatic groups. Serum biomarker levels were measured using enzyme-link

Fiscal policy is one of the important economic tools that affect economic development in general and human development in particular through its tools (public revenues, public expenditures, and the general budget).
It was hoped that the effects of fiscal policy during the study period (2004-2007) will positively reflect on human development indicators (health, education, income) by raising these indicators on the ground. After 2003, public revenues in Iraq increased due to increased revenues. However, despite this increase in public budgets, the actual impact on human development and its indicators was not equivalent to this increase in financial revenues. Aim of the study: to investigate the serum vitamin D levels in Iraqi female patients with RAS and the relationship between vitamin D levels and the severity of RAS. In this cross sectional study 30 female patients with idiopathic RAS, and 30 age and sex matched healthy controls were included, the severity of RAS is assessed by the number of oral aphthous ulcers in each attack and the frequency of attacks. Serum 25(OH) D levels were determined by the Enzy

Biomarkers that can differentiate people based on the outcome at diagnosis are needed for blast crisis prevention and response improvement. Objective: This study is an effort to exploit the SLC25A3 gene as a potential biomarker for CML. Methods: RT-qPCR was applied to assess the expression levels of the SLC25A3 gene.
