Objective: The aim of this study is to identify the impact of training education program applied on
nurse-midwife practice concerning care during third stage of labor in labor room. Examine the
relationship between their knowledge regarding practices and some Demographic information’s.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental design conducted on non-probability (purposive) sample of fifty
two nurse-midwives selected during period from3
th August to 10thNovember 2011. The study is
conducted at the Ministry of Health (Baghdad health directorate in Al-Karhk and Al-Risafa sector) in
four hospitals. The questionnaire form is consisted of three parts which included demographic data,
knowledge concerning practice during third stage of labor, practice checklist. Content validity and
reliability of the questionnaire determined through a pilot study, descriptive and inferential statistics
are used to analyze the data.
Results: Results of the study showed that the highest percentage (44.2%) were in age group of 30-39
years, midwifery school graduate and) 42.3 % (of them had 1-10 years of work experience in midwifery.
There were low and moderate means in most items related to the knowledge and practices of nursemidwives
regarding third stage of labor in pre-test and assessed as (partial) while there were high
mean scores in all items, and assessed Pass in posttest after the implementation of the training
education program with high statistical significant .
Recommendation: The study recommended that establishment of clinical practice standards according
to the WHO, development of continuing education programs; establish a baccalaureate degree
program in midwifery.
Researchers have shown considerable interest in the idea of organizational climate because of its crucial role in school administration and all school operations. Hence, enhancing it is regarded as a primary duty of school principals, as they bear direct accountability for overseeing the school and its entire operations. Total quality management is a primary method that allows the school administrator to effectively handle administrative tasks with the goal of meeting the needs of instructors, students, staff members, and the community. The significance of the research rests in its attempt to shed light on the value of both organizational climate and total quality management among high school principals. The researchers primarily aim at highlighting the ideology behind Netanyahu's speech by using qualitative research through the application of critical discourse analysis (CDA), which is employed here in in order to show how certain linguistic choices can manipulate and determine concepts related to power and ideology. The CDA method used is Discourse Historical Approach with the main focus on argumentation management through discursive strategies. The researchers adopt DHA by Wodak (2009) with focusing on the taxonomy of social actor representation by Van Leeuwen (2008). The study reveals th

The pre-stage research was based on cascading single mode fiber and polarization maintaining fiber to get pulse compression with compression factor of 1.105. The demand for obtaining more précised photonic devices; this work experimentally studied the behavior of Polarization maintaining fiber PMF that is sandwiched between two cascaded singe mode fiber SMF and fiber Bragg gratings FBG. Therefore; the introduced interferometer performed hybrid interference of both Mach-Zehnder

However, this topic is researched this time by examining Imam Al-Qurtbi’s opinions in interpreting related ayas from the holly Quraan in his book (Collector of Quranic Rules) or its transliteration (Al-Jami’ Li Ahkam Al-Quran). Such a step involves commenting on, tracking what Al-Qurtbi said in this regard, discussing it from the points of view of other grammarians, and judging it accordingly, taking into account the apparent surface structures of the examples collected. To achieve this objective, the inductive analytical approach has be
