يعتبر الدستور القانون الأسمى في الدولة، فهو يبين شكل الدولة ونظام الحكم القائم فيها، ويحدد سلطاتها العامة وعلاقة بعضها بالبعض الآخر من جهة وعلاقتها بالأفراد من جهة أخرى ، وهذا ما نص عليه المشرع الدستوري العراقي وفق دستور (2005). إلا أن إحدى السلطات العامة في الدولة في بعض الأحيان قد تلجأ إلى إيقاف العمل ببعض نصوص الدستور دون الإستناد إلى نص دستوري يعطيها صلاحية القيام بهذا العمل وهذا ما إصطلح على تسميته

Quantum dots of CdSe, CdS and ZnS QDs were prepared by chemical reaction and used to fabricate organic quantum dot hybrid junction device. CdSe quantum dots possess a tuning energy gap which can control gap values according to the size of the quantum dots, this is made the material able to absorb the wavelengths within visible light. A simple model is provided for the absorption coefficient, optical properties, and optical constants for CdSe quantum dots from the size 10nm to 1nm with the range of visible region between (300-730) nm at room temperature. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a proinflammatory cytokine implicated in the immunopathogenesis of tuberculosis (TB). TB is recognized worldwide as an important public health issue. To study the relationship between the age of patients with pulmonary TB and serum IL-6 levels, from the other hand, the severity of this disease with IL-6 levels. This study included 30 patients (16 female and 14 male) with pulmonary TB and 10 healthy persons (5 female and 5 male) as control group for comparison.
