Abstract
         The role of the independent variable and human resources capabilities was the role of the adopted variable. The aim of the research is to identify the level of participation in the knowledge of the organization through human resources and the rigorous scientific investigation to develop new mechanisms of action that help To manage the organization in the implementation of its mission and achieve its main objectives that have been found for it is to encourage the work of scientific research and maintain the preservation of its continuity to increase the competencies of knowledge, technical and skill to form a future workforce qualified to work In the sectors of society.

Objective(s): To evaluate nurses' practices who work in respiratory intensive care units to control the
complications of patients admitted at this unit and determine the relationship between nurses' sociodemographic
characteristics and their practices.
Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out at Respiratory Care Unit at Baghdad teaching hospitals that
started from February 22th, 2013 to August 30th, 2013. A purposive "non-probability" sample of (70) nurses who

Methodology: A cross-sectional study used a purposive ‘’non-probability’’ sample of (75) adult clients with Hypermobility Syndrome (HMS) male and female who age (25-64) years. Iraqi EFL college instructors, who supervise the teaching practice of EFL student teachers, commonly experience the inefficient teaching performance of prospective teachers. This inefficiency is usually due to their inability to make connections between the practical experience and the theoretical knowledge of TEFL. One of the reasons behind this inability may be the employment of traditional ways of training and instructing student teachers. Moreover, it is usually noticed that many Iraqi EFL student teachers have a negative attitude toward the teaching profession. They explicitly state that they would join the teaching force only if they fail to work in any other field.
