Objective(s): To determine the impact of instructional intervention program upon psychological health status for
women who undergo chemotherapy after mastectomy
Methodology: The sample consisted of (100) women, (50) considered as study group, and another (50) the control
group. A pre test was done for both groups (study and control), and then the study samples were exposed to an
instructional intervention and three-dimensional post tests and the length of time between each test 21 days in
the Institute and Hospital of Radiation and Nuclear Medicine. The questionnaire composed of three parts, first,
demographic information; include (age, educational level, type of family, occupation, marital status, and adequacy
of monthly income). Second, information about breast cancer include (the period in which the disease was
diagnosed, the type of breast cancer, method of chemotherapy administration, the period of the chemotherapy,
the order of the current session of chemotherapy treatment, the number of chemotherapy sessions, the source of
information of chemotherapy side effects. Information on previous medical history and consists of (the previous
problem of the breast, the type of injury, the site of disease, type of surgery, stage of the cancer when it was
discovered, family members who suffer from breast cancer). Third, the psychological effects. Pre and post test was
used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire with a time interval for a period of more than 3 weeks
between each test, the results (r = 0.9013) for the psychological effects. Analysis of data was performed through
the application of descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis approach.
Results: Revealed that there is lack of information in women treated with chemotherapy after mastectomy before
the implementation of the program regarding the side effects of chemotherapy treatment, and the symptoms
which appear on patients increase their anxiety and negative psychological symptoms but after the
implementation of the program the information of women become well and their psychological status improved.
Recommendations: the study recommended that the Institute and Hospital of Radiation and Nuclear Medicine
must include an instructional intervention program concerning the psychological health of women who are treated
with chemotherapy after mastectomy
In this paper, the Monte Carlo N-Particle extended computer code (MCNP) were used to design a model of the European Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor. The multiplication factor, conversion factor, delayed neutrons fraction, doppler constant, control rod worth, sodium void worth, masses for major heavy nuclei, radial and axial power distribution at high burnup are studied. The results show that the reactor breeds fissile isotopes with a conversion ratio of 0.994 at fuel burnup 70 (GWd/T), and minor actinides are buildup inside the reactor core. The study aims to check the efficiency of the model on the calculation of the neutronic parameters of the core at high burnup.

The hydrodynamics of a co-current down flow bubble column has been investigated with air – water system. A Perspex bubble column of 5cm in diameter and 1.5m height is used as a test contactor using nozzles of 7, 8 and 9 mm diameter for air-water distributing. Anastatica hierochuntica is believed to be very useful in Arab countries for treating various health disorders. The aqueous extract of Anastatica hierochuntica was investigated for its effects on hormones in mice females. the aqueous extract of plant at a dose level of 100mg/1mL showed significant increase (p<0.05) on levels of hormones LH, FSH, PRL level and PRO level. Clomid treated group showd significant increase in LH, FSH, and PRL while there was non-significant increase in PRO. From the above results, it is concluded for the first time that aqueous Anastatica hierchuntica extract offers significant effect of LH, FSH, PRL, and PRO in this mice females scompared with control.
Klebsiella pneumoniae is an adaptable pathogen that forms biofilms on a variety of surfaces. This study's objective was to identify the presence of fimbrial genes (types 1 and 3) in K. pneumoniae strains isolated from various clinical sources based on their antibiotic resistance and ability to form biofilms. According to identification utilizing the vitek 2 technology and confirmation by molecular identification targeting the 16S rRNA gene with a particular primer, forty isolates were identified from clinical specimens.
