Celiac disease (CD) is an immune-mediated disorder caused by gluten in genetically susceptible individuals characterized by chronic inflammation that essentially affects the small intestine. The main objective of this research was to evaluate the performance of closed drains when using textile filter instead of crushed gravel filter.
