Objectives: ٨ descriptive study has been conducted in the premature baby unit in Al-Khansaa' and Al-Batool
hospitals for maternity and children in Mosul city to assess knowledge and practice of the nursing staff in the
caring of premature infants. A descriptive study has been conducted in the premature baby unit in Al-Khansaa'
and Al-Batool hospitals for maternity and children in Mosul city to assess knowledge and practice of the nursing
staff in the caring of premature infants.
Methodology: the data were collected by using knowledge assessment and practice measurement tool.
Results: the results of the study show that high percentages (about 40%) of the staff who work in the premature
baby units are of the young age group. It has also been found that the ratio of 2/1 of female workers is higher
than male workers in such units. Highly significant differences have been found by measuring the average of
knowledge and practice in general with regard to theoretical Mean. The study shows that there are significant
differences (<0.001 at p- value) in knowledge, practice and the variables of the educational level, training
courses and the real period of working in the baby units. There are also significant differences regarding baby
feeding (O.OOlat p-value) through feeding bottle and the variables of educational level since the study shows
that the nurses have shortcomings in this field. There are no significant differences between knowledge and
practice scores of nursing staff with regard to their sex, age and social status.

The Legend between reality and its future Treatment in threatre analytics study
The current study included a detail morphological study of all parts of the two species of the genus Tropaeolum L. (Tropaeolumceae) cultivated in different gardens, the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruit were studied in detail, also the pollen grains were studied, and there are photographs for all that parts were putted. A specimens of that taxa were studied in some Iraqi herbaria. The study found that there are many characters were used in differentiation of two species under study.

A new spontaneous mutation (dh) is described for Culex quinquefasciatus Say. This
phenotype was observed in the second generation to cause complete coloration of the head
capsule and the siphon of the larvae. This character is mainly detectable in the larval stage
and slightly in the adult stage.
The reciprocal mass matting between mutants from F2 generation and normal wild type
sibs, revealed that the mode of inheritance can be controlled by an autosomal recessive
gene(s). This happened for both sexes with slightly variability in their expression. No
significant larval mortalities were found in all crosses.

The oil exports play a vital role in supporting economic development and raise the economic growth. The oil exports can increase the economic growth via three main channels which are supporting the productive, distributive and service sectors; increasing the investment and capital formation; and increasing the employment rate.
However, the oil exports did not have an important role in increasing the economic growth in Iraq. Therefore, it also did not provide the required support to other economic sectors, neither participated in increase the employees’ skills nor increase the investment rate.
