The marine collagens are biocompatible and biodegradable materials that are considered as a biomimetic approach for tissue regeneration. Complexes of Co(II) Ni(II) Cu(II) and Zn(II) ion with the ligand have been prepared, these complexes were identified by infrared, electronic spectral data, elemental analysis, magnetic moments, and molar conductivity measurements.
