Twenty binary liquid crystalline mixture diagrams were investigated with polarizing microscope and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Four binary mixture diagrams were constructed to identify the smectic phase which is found to be the same in all components of the homologous series (4-n-alkoxy -2, 3, 5, 6-tetra methyl-4-n-alkoxy azo benzene) (nPA4M). The fifth binary mixture diagram was between the (6PA4M) and the reference liquid crystal compound, terephthlylidene-bis (4-n-butylanaline) (TBAA) to   identify the type of smectic mesophase of these compounds, and the results obtained were compared with the literature. Naproxen is a non steroidal anti inflammatory and antipyretic drug which has local irritation effect  on  the  stomach, and  unpleasant taste,  besides bad   flowability and light sensitivity .The drug was prepared as microcapsules by complex coacervation method using acacia-gelatin coating materials , and aqueous colloid polymer dispersion method ( ACPD ), using ethyl cellulose and sodium alginate coating materials . The results indicated that microcapsules prepared by 2:1  core:wall ratio is the best for both methods, with an average encapsulation efficiency (75%) and avarege yield (90%) .

This method involves using zinc nitrate and urea in aqueous solution, then (AgNO3) Solution with different concentrations is added.
