A new gravity and seismic survey along a profile length (70 Km) carried out at the area of exploration Block- 11 in Al- Najaf desert, southwest Iraq. The solution of index-2 time-varying differential algebraic equations (DAEs) is the critical point of the equivalent variational formulation.
