The road network in the Baranan mountain, near Dararash village, connecting Sulaymaniyah city with Qaradagh town, plays a major role in socio- economic activities of Qaradagh town and its surrounding villages. Any type of slope failure in the area may cause breaking up in traffic, loss of lives, and injuries.

      For assessing the stability of rock slopes in the area, seven stations (rock-cut slopes) were selected along the road and evaluated by kinematic analysis, using DIPS v6.008 software and slope mass rating system (SMRTool - v205 software).

      The kinematic analysis revealed that planar and wedge sliding may occur in stations no.2, 5, 6, and 7, flexural toppling

 Various types of heterogeneous five membered rings were prepared from the reaction of the compound chloro Di Fluro acetic acid with Schiff bases (which was prepared using different Aldehydes, Ketones, and amines [H10-H1] and five membered rings were prepared (derivatives of Oxazolidine-5-one, and the presence of Tetrahydrofuran (THF) [H20-H11]. Melting points of the compounds were measured. The prepared compounds were diagnosed spectrally by using UV-Visible and Infrared spectroscopy, and (1H-NMR) Spectrum for some compounds. Examination of 241 specimens of two bee-eater species, Merops apiaster and Merops
superciliosus persicus reveal recording of Haemoproteus meropis (Zagar, 1945) emend.
Bennett, 1978 and H. manwelli Bennett, 1978 for the first time in Iraq. A new species
Haemoproteus hudaidensis sp. nov. is described. Microfilariae are also infected the two host
species. The results are discussed with the pertinent literature and the necessary comparision
of morphometric measurements of the recorded parasites with that previously reported is
provided along with a taxonomic key including the newly described haemoproteid.
