A series of experiments were conducted to evaluate the antibacterial effect of Cinnamomum zealynicum bark aqueous , methanol, and chloroform extracts against some gram positive and gram negative pathogenic bacteria which isolated from wound, throat infection, urine and stool during the period from December /2013 to February /2014 from Alkarama hospital in Wasit. All these isolates were identified by using VITEK2 compact system. Antibiotic sensitivity test of the bacterial isolates was determined for ten antibiotics. Chemical analysis showed that Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark extracts contained different active compounds (phenoles, alkaloids, tannins, glycosides, coumarins, saponins, resins flavones and essential oil). The laboratory tests of antibacterial activity , showed that Staphylococcus aureus was the most affected by the extracts under study then followed with Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae respectively. Aqueous extract showed highest values in MIC (400 μg/ml) and MBC (450 μg/ml) for S aureus, followed by chloroform (350 μg/ml, MIC and 400 μg/ml, MBC), then methanol (335 μg/ml, MIC and 375 μg/ml MBC) while the lowest values were recorded for K. pneumonia (MIC 175, 200 and 250 μg/ml, and MBC 200, 250 and 300 μg/ml respectively). In other hand inhibition zones appeared at 200 μg/ml for S. aureus and E. faecalis, and at 300 μg/ml for E. coli and S. pneumonia, and at 400 μg/ml for K. pneumoniae for aqueous extract, while methanol extract inhibition zones started from 100 μg/ml for S. aureus, and at 200 μg/ml for S. pneumonia and E. faecalis, and at 300 μg/ml for K. pneumonia and E. coli. Chloroform extract showed inhibition zones for S. pneumonia, E. faecalis and S. aureus at 200 μg/ml and for E coli and K. pneumoniae at 300 μg/ml.
The current research aims to find out the role of transformational leadership in decision-making wise, to cope with the decline in some of the banking performance indicators as a result of the absence of the modern concept of the leadership of those so-called B (Transformational Leadership) and preventing benefit from the advantages in the banks, and I test the research on a sample of the Iraqi private banks through applied to a sample (77) Mdermvud and Associate Director and Advisor to the Chairman of the Department, the distributors (7) banks, and used the head of the questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information. For the purpose of access to the results, the research sought to test two hypotheses two main hypotheses sub pop

Especially after the global financial crisis and the collapse of many large companies in the world, people find that they use creative accounting methods to distinguish them from reality, showing the results of their activities and their financial status. This research discusses the concept of creative accounting, the most important methods used in financial statements and its relationship with external auditing, and procedures to limit accounting creativity. This study uses descriptive analysis methods after confirming its theoretical aspects in practice. Using the statistical

This requires using a sustainable technique to treat natural municipal wastewater as an alternative to conventional methods, especially in arid and semi-arid rural areas. One of the promising techniques applied to satisfy the objective of wastewater reuse is the constructed wetlands (CWs) which have been used extensively in most countries worldwide through the last decades. The present study introduces a significant review of the definition, classification, and components of CWs, identifying the mechanisms controlling the removal process within such units. Vertical, horizontal, and hybrid CWs

Show MorePhotometric techniques are one of the fundamentals and of great importance in the study of astronomical phenomena, including galaxies, and has witnessed a wide development during the last 100 years in equipment, sensitivity and accuracy in data analysis, especially after the direction toward space telescopes and the widespread use of a CCD camera. Therefore, in this research, an analytical study will be made to compare two types of galaxies, which are spiral and lenticular galaxies, using photometric techniques and compare the photometric parameters of each type with tables and illustrations. An analysis of the morphological of the two galaxies was done by using the Least Square Fitting Method, and it was fully explained in

Show MoreNations are developed with education and knowledge that raise the status of society in its various segments, beyond that it leads to underdevelopment and deterioration in various sectors, whether economic, health, social, etc. If we considered the general name of The ministry of Education & Scientific Studies, then the second part seems to be not functioning, since scientific research has no material allocation and remains based on the material potential of the university professor. As for the first half of the topic, the reality of the situation reveals problems related to the Holy Trinity of Education which is (Professor - Student - the scientific method) where universities suffer at the present time from this problem, and
