In this research radon concentrations in soil samples of some sites of the College of Education for Women, University of Tikrit, were measured using CR-39 nuclear impact detector. Soil samples were prepared according to classical protocols whereby they were irradiated for a period of 65 days in propagation chambers chemically treated and subjected to optical microscopy to calculate nuclear effects. The results show differences in the concentrations of radon gas in the samples collected from different sites ranging between a lowest value in the location of the department of English and a highest value of in the location of the cafeteria of College compared to the radiation background of due to the geological factors that depend on the type and specifications of the soil, the amount of gases emitted from the soil, the amount of the emergence of radon from the granules of the soil and its spread through the pores of the soil to the outside.
Focusing on the negative role of default risk on banks, as it is one of the most important risks facing banks, which are difficult to determine accurately, and its reflection on the indicators of profitability of cash flows. The increasing competition between banks led to an increase in the credit facilities granted by banks, and was accompanied by an increase in exposure to the risks of default, which led to an impact on the level of performance of banks in terms of achieving the required return according to the levels of high competition. Therefore, the problem of this study focused on the extent to which the risk indicators of default affect the profitability indicators of the cash flows of the banks research sample in the profit

The prepared and modified (NPs) were characterized using AFM, FTIR, and X-ray techniques. The adsorption of the dye reactive blue RB 238 on coated (NPs) was investigated. The effect of various experimental factors, such as the initial concentration of the dye, the amount of adsorbent, pH and temperature on the removal of RB238 was studied. The best conditions for dye removal were found to be 298 K in an acidic medium of pH = 3 and an appropriate dose of the adsorbent of 0.15 g per 25 mg/L to achieve the best color removal of 90% within 60 minutes. The pseudo-second-order re

1-Can business organizations today make green strategies supporting their competitive advantage?
2-Is there a framework or mechanism could be depended on by business organizations to manage strategic risks of losing their competit

Show MoreStaphylococcus aureus, which includes the methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA), is a significant human pathogen producing different toxins and results in many different infection types, which include bacteremia, soft-tissue infections, as well as staphylococcal food poisoning. S. aureus is an important food-borne pathogen of humans due to ingestion of food containing enterotoxigenic strains. Detecting S. aureus femA and mecA genes was evaluated with the use of a Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification Method (LAMP). The accuracy of this approach was similar to that attained using the approach of the conventional polymerase chain (PCR). Those two methods characterized 43 isolates of MRSA which

The embedded scheme approach has algebraic orders of 5 and 4. By transforming second-order ordinary differential equations (ODEs) into their first-order counterpart, the suggested approach solves first-order ODEs. The amplification error, phase-lag, and first derivative of the phase-lag are all nil in the embedded pair. The alternative method’s absolute stability is demonstrated. The numerical tests are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed approach in comparison to other RK approaches. The alternative approach outperforms the current RK methods

They were exposed to the suggested concentrations of alcoholic extract which were (500, 1000, 1500, 2000) PPM while the suggested concentrations of the hot aqueous extracts (500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500)PPM. The alcoholic (Methanol) extract of leaves was much effective on to killing the first larval instars of the M. domestica than hot aqueous extract.
In this paper we have presented a comparison between two novel integral transformations that are of great importance in the solution of differential equations. These two transformations are the complex Sadik transform and the KAJ transform. An uncompressed forced oscillator, which is an important application, served as the basis for comparison. The application was solved and exact solutions were obtained. Therefore, in this paper, the exact solution was found based on two different integral transforms: the first integral transform complex Sadik and the second integral transform KAJ. And these exact solutions obtained from these two integral transforms were new methods with simple algebraic calculations and applied to different problems.
