Strongly Essential Submodules and Modules with the se-CIP

Let  be a ring with identity. Recall that a submodule  of a left -module  is called strongly essential if for any nonzero subset  of , there is  such that , i.e., . This paper introduces a class of submodules called se-closed, where a submodule  of  is called se-closed if it has no proper strongly essential extensions inside . We show by an example that the intersection of two se-closed submodules may not be se-closed. We say that a module  is have the se-Closed Intersection Property, briefly se-CIP, if the intersection of every two se-closed submodules of  is again se-closed in . Several characterizations are introduced and studied for each of these concepts. We prove for submodules  and  of  that a module  has the se-CIP if and only if  is strongly essential in  implies  is strongly essential in . Also, we verify that, a module  has the se-CIP if and only if for each se-closed submodule  of  and for all submodule  of ,  is se-closed in . Finally, some connections and examples are included about (se-CIP)-modules

A NOTE ON STRONGLY FULLY STABLE BANACH ALGEBRA MODULES RELATIVE TO AN IDEAL

Let A be a unital algebra, a Banach algebra module M is strongly fully stable Banach A-module relative to ideal K of A, if for every submodule N of M and for each multiplier θ : N → M such that θ(N) ⊆ N ∩ KM. In this paper, we adopt the concept of strongly fully stable Banach Algebra modules relative to an ideal which generalizes that of fully stable Banach Algebra modules and we study the properties and characterizations of strongly fully stable Banach A-module relative to ideal K of A.

S-Coprime Submodules

In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of S-coprime submodules, where a proper submodule N of an R-module M is called S-coprime submodule if M N is S-coprime Rmodule. Many properties about this concept are investigated.

Approximaitly Quasi-primary Submodules

In this paper, we introduce and study the notation of approximaitly quasi-primary submodules of a unitary left -module  over a commutative ring  with identity. This concept is a generalization of prime and primary submodules, where a proper submodule  of an -module  is called an approximaitly quasi-primary (for short App-qp) submodule of , if , for , , implies that either  or , for some . Many basic properties, examples and characterizations of this concept are introduced.

CL-duo modules

In this paper, we introduce and study a new concept (up to our knowledge) named CL-duo modules, which is bigger than that of duo modules, and smaller than weak duo module which is given by Ozcan and Harmanci. Several properties are investigated. Also we consider some characterizations of CL-duo modules. Moreover, many relationships are given for this class of modules with other related classes of modules such as weak duo modules, P-duo modules.

e*-Extending Modules

This paper aims to introduce the concepts of  -closed, -coclosed, and -extending modules as generalizations of the closed, coclossed, and extending modules,  respectively. We will prove some properties as when the image of the e*-closed submodule is also e*-closed and when the submodule of the e*-extending module is e*-extending. Under isomorphism, the e*-extending modules are closed. We will study the quotient of e*-closed and e*-extending, the direct sum of e*-closed, and the direct sum of e*-extending.

Current–voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics of Se/Si heterojunction prepared by DC planar magnetron sputtering technique

In this work, the effect of annealing temperature on the electrical properties are studied of p-Se/ n-Si solar cell, which p-Se are deposit by DC planar magnetron sputtering technique on crystal silicon. The chamber was pumped down to 2×10−5 mbar before admitting the gas in. The gas was Ar. The sputtering pressure varied within the range of 4x10-1 - 8x10-2mbar by adjusting the pumping speed through the opening control of throttle valve. The electrical properties are included the C-V and I-V measurements. From C-V measurements, the Vbi are calculated while from I-V measurements, the efficiency of solar cell is calculated.

Epiform∗ Modules

Let R be a commutative ring with unity 1 6= 0, and let M be a unitary left module over R. In this paper we introduce the notion of epiform∗ modules. Various properties of this class of modules are given and some relationships between these modules and other related modules are introduced.

On Closed Rickart Modules

In this article, we study the notion of closed Rickart modules. A right R-module M is said to be closed Rickart if, for each , is a closed submodule of M. Closed Rickart modules is a proper generalization of Rickart modules. Many properties of closed Rickart modules are investigated. Also, we provide some characterizations of closed Rickart modules. A necessary and sufficient condition is provided to ensure that this property is preserved under direct sums. Several connections between closed Rickart modules and other classes of modules are given. It is shown that every closed Rickart module is -nonsingular module. Examples which delineate this concept and some results are provided.

Weakly Nearly Prime Submodules

In this article, unless otherwise established, all rings are commutative with identity and all modules are unitary left R-module. We offer this concept of WN-prime as new generalization of weakly prime submodules. Some basic properties of weakly nearly prime submodules are given. Many characterizations, examples of this concept are stablished.
