This study deals with the processing  of field seismic data for a seismic line located within the administrative boundaries of Najaf and Muthanna governorates in southern Iraq (7Gn 21) with a length of 54 km. The study was conducted within the Processing Department of the Oil Exploration Company using the Omega  system, which contains a large number of programs that deal with processing, through the use of these programs applied  predictive deconvolution  of both( gap) and (spike). An interpretive study of two-dimension seismic data of the Huwaiza oilfield was carried out using Petrel 2015 program. Twenty seismic section were used, these seismic sections were carried out at three-time stages: HH survey in 1976, 2HH survey in 1978 and AM in 1980.            In this research, radon concentrations in some types of healthy drinking water samples available in Iraq's market were measured using a technique called Durridge RAD-7-H₂O with closed loop. Then the rate of annual effective dose in human taken this water is determined.

          It was found that, radon concentrations in studied samples ranged between 1.2 Bq.m^-3 to 142 Bq.m^-3.
