Human detection represents a main problem of interest when using video based monitoring. In this paper, artificial neural networks, namely multilayer perceptron (MLP) and radial basis function (RBF) are used to detect humans among different objects in a sequence of frames (images) using classification approach. The classification used is based on the shape of the object instead of depending on the contents of the frame. Many clinical isolates of proteus spp. (30 isolates of P
mirabilis and 30 isolates of P. vulgaris) from patients with urinary
tract infections (UTIs) were examined for their ability to produce
proteolytic enzymes and their ability to form swarming growth. Most
(90%) of P. mirabilis and 60% of P. vulgaris isolates secreta
proteolytic enzymes. A strong correlation was found between the
ability of a strain to secreted proteases and it's ability to form
swarming growth. Non- swarming isolates invariably appeared to be
non- proteolytic. However, some isolates (12 isolates of P. vagaries)
were non- proteolytic even when they formed swarming growth

A case of systemic lupus erythematosus like induced by carbamazepine therapy in a 27 year old female patient with left sided trigeminal neuralgia had been recorded, 9 years from starting carbamazepine therapy. The patient condition improved clinically 3 days after withdrawal of
carbamazepine , the titer of antinuclear antibodies dropped from 1/640 to 1/80 after 3 weeks, and disappear completely after 6 months follow up.
