Elastic Electron Scattering From 52Cr, 58Fe and 64Ni Nuclei in the Framework of the Coherent Density Fluctuation Model
...Show More Authors

Coherent density fluctuation model (CDFM) has been used to calculate the
proton momentum distributions (PMD) and elastic electron scattering form factors,
F(q), of the ground state for some even mass nuclei of fp-shell, such as 52Cr, 58Fe and
64Ni nuclei. Both of the PMD and F(q) have been expressed in terms of the weight
function ( ( ) )
2
f x which is determined by means of the charge density
distributions (CDD) of the nuclei and determined from theory and experiment. The
feature of the long-tail behavior at high momentum region of the PMD’s has been
obtained by both the theoretical and experimental weight functions. The calculated
form factors of these nuclei are in reasonable agreement with those of the
experimental data.

Investigation of the Electron Coefficients of (Ar, He, N2, O2) Gases in the Ionosphere
...Show More Authors

In this study, the electron coefficients; Mean energy , Mobility and Drift velocity  of different gases  Ar, He, N2 and O2  in the  ionosphere have been calculated using BOLSIG+ program to check the solution results of Boltzmann equation results, and effect of reduced electric field (E/N) on electronic coefficients. The electric field has been specified in the limited range 1-100 Td. The gases were in the ionosphere layer at an altitude frame 50-2000 km. Furthermore, the mean energy and drift velocity steadily increased with increases in the electric field, while mobility was reduced. It turns out that there is a significant and obvious decrease in mobility as a result of inelastic collisions and in addition lit

Pre-equilibrium and Equilibrium Energy Emission Spectrum of Nucleons and Light Nuclei Induce Nuclear Reactions on 63Cu Nuclei
...Show More Authors

The differential cross sections of the pre - equilibrium stage are calculated at different energies using the Kalbach Systematic approach in Exciton model with Feshbach, Kerman and Koonin (FKK) statistical theory of Multistep Compound and direct reactions. In this work, the emission rate of light nuclei with emission energy in the centre of mass system in the isospin mixed case is considered in calculations to predict the cross-sections at the pre-equilibrium and equilibrium stages. The nucleons and light nuclei (2D and 3T) have been used as a projectile at the target 63Cu nuclei and at different incident energies (4MeV, 14 MeV and 14.8MeV). The comparisons between the present calculated results with other, theoretical and experimental w

Numerical Calculations and Time Evolution of Coherent States Wave Functions of Charged Oscillator in Magnetic Field
...Show More Authors

The wave functions of the coherent states of the charged oscillator in magnetic field are obtained via a canonical transformation. The numerical calculations of these functions are made and then the space and time plots are obtained. It was shown that these states are Gaussians distributions of widths vary periodically in an opposite way with their peaks. We interpret that is due to the mutual actions of the spreading effect of the wave packet and the reaction of the magnetic field.

A Study of Wear Articular Cartilage of Synovial Human Knee Joint Using Non-Newtonian Elastic Mathematical Model
...Show More Authors

In this paper, the wear in layers of articular cartilage was calculated, parameters effective on elastic deformation were studied in normal and diseased knee joints,   and relations between elastic deformation and squeeze film characteristics under lubrication condition  were discussed with using a mathematical model. Conferring to the results obtained, elastic deformation effects on the performance of synovial human knee joint were analyzed from medical and dynamics perspectives. Relationships between elastic deformation and wear of layers were also discussed.

SEASONAL FLUCTUATION OF STINK BUG MUSTHA SPINULOSA (LEFEBVRE, 1831) (HEMIPTERA, PENTATOMIDAE) ON SOME TREES IN ERBIL CITY
...Show More Authors

Phytophagous stink bugs (Hemiptera, Pentatomidae) are economically important insect pests of fruit, vegetable, nut and field crops. This study was carried out during the season of 2013 in orchards within Erbil city, to follow the stink bug Mustha spinulosa (Lefebvre, 1831) seasonal fluctuation on some fruit trees: olive, plum, apricot, pear, apple and almond.
The stink bug reaches its maximum abundance throughout the second week of August (38.2/tree) coinciding with mean temperature and relative humidity of 33.40C and 28.14% respectively, and the highest total mean of the number of the insect was recorded on the olive trees (181.8/tree). The study reveals that the stink bug attacked 22 trees (fruit and forest) while it has not atta

Calculating of Groundwater Recharge using Meteorological Water Balance and Water level Fluctuation in Khan Al-Baghdadi Area
...Show More Authors

Climate and hydrological conditions in any hydrological basin are multi-combined reflection of natural factors of morphology and soil nature, as well as the changing in climate factors that affect directly on hydrological cycle. Water balance techniques are a means of solution of important theoretical and practical hydrological problems, while estimating the physical properties of water-bearing layers is an essential part of groundwater studies. One of the most effective ways of determining these properties is to conduct and analyze aquifer tests. The aim of this research is to compare groundwater recharge in Khan Al-Baghdadi area which located to northwest of Anbar governorate in the west of Iraq, depending on meteorological water balan

Using Artificial Neural Network to Predict Rate of Penetration from Dynamic Elastic Properties in Nasiriya Oil Field
...Show More Authors

The time spent in drilling ahead is usually a significant portion of total well cost. Drilling is an expensive operation including the cost of equipment and material used during the penetration of rock plus crew efforts in order to finish the well without serious problems. Knowing the rate of penetration should help in speculation of the cost and lead to optimize drilling outgoings. Ten wells in the Nasiriya oil field have been selected based on the availability of the data. Dynamic elastic properties of Mishrif formation in the selected wells were determined by using Interactive Petrophysics (IP V3.5) software based on the las files and log record provided. The average rate of penetration and average dynamic elastic propert

The Effect of Type of Fiber in Density and Splitting Tensile Strength of SIFCON
...Show More Authors

SIFCON is characterized as a construction material of high ductility and very high strength. It is suitable for concrete structures used for special applications. However, the density of SIFCON is much higher than that of Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) due to the need for a large amount of high-density steel fibers. This work examines the split tensile behavior of modified weight slurry infiltrated fiber concrete utilizing a mixture of two types of fibers, steel fiber, and polyolefin fiber. For the investigation, 30 cylinders and 15 cubes were poured. The used volume fraction (V.F) is (6 %) and the use of five series once as each type separately and once a hybrid in proportions of 2/3 polyolefin with 1/3 steel fiber and
