The method of operational matrices is based on the Bernoulli and Shifted Legendre polynomials which is used to solve the Falkner-Skan equation. The nonlinear differential equation converting to a system of nonlinear equations is solved using Mathematica®12, and the approximate solutions are obtained. The efficiency of these methods was studied by calculating the maximum error remainder ( ), and it was found that their efficiency increases as increases. Moreover, the obtained approximate solutions are compared with the numerical solution obtained by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method (RK4), which gives a good agreement.
This paper demonstrates a new technique based on a combined form of the new transform method with homotopy perturbation method to find the suitable accurate solution of autonomous Equations with initial condition. This technique is called the transform homotopy perturbation method (THPM). It can be used to solve the problems without resorting to the frequency domain. The implementation of the suggested method demonstrates the usefulness in finding exact solution for linear and nonlinear problems. The practical results show the efficiency and reliability of technique and easier implemented than HPM in finding exact solutions. Finally, all algorithms in this paper implemented in MATLAB version 7.12.
The aim of this paper is to propose an efficient three steps iterative method for finding the zeros of the nonlinear equation f(x)=0 . Starting with a suitably chosen , the method generates a sequence of iterates converging to the root. The convergence analysis is proved to establish its five order of convergence. Several examples are given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed new method and its comparison with other methods.
In this paper, several types of space-time fractional partial differential equations has been solved by using most of special double linear integral transform â€double Sumudu â€. Also, we are going to argue the truth of these solutions by another analytically method “invariant subspace methodâ€. All results are illustrative numerically and graphically.
In this work, we will combine the Laplace transform method with the Adomian decomposition method and modified Adomian decomposition method for semi-analytic treatments of the nonlinear integro-fractional differential equations of the Volterra-Hammerstein type with difference kernel and such a problem which the kernel has a first order simple degenerate kind which the higher-multi fractional derivative is described in the Caputo sense. In these methods, the solution of a functional equation is considered as the sum of infinite series of components after applying the inverse of Laplace transformation usually converging to the solution, where a closed form solution is not obtainable, a truncated number of terms is usually used for numerical
... Show MoreThe basic goal of this research is to utilize an analytical method which is called the Modified Iterative Method in order to gain an approximate analytic solution to the Sine-Gordon equation. The suggested method is the amalgamation of the iterative method and a well-known technique, namely the Adomian decomposition method. A method minimizes the computational size, averts round-off errors, transformation and linearization, or takes some restrictive assumptions. Several examples are chosen to show the importance and effectiveness of the proposed method. In addition, a modified iterative method gives faster and easier solutions than other methods. These solutions are accurate and in agreement with the series
... Show MoreIn this paper we use Bernstein polynomials for deriving the modified Simpson's 3/8 , and the composite modified Simpson's 3/8 to solve one dimensional linear Volterra integral equations of the second kind , and we find that the solution computed by this procedure is very close to exact solution.
In this paper the modified trapezoidal rule is presented for solving Volterra linear Integral Equations (V.I.E) of the second kind and we noticed that this procedure is effective in solving the equations. Two examples are given with their comparison tables to answer the validity of the procedure.
