Purpose: The diagnosis and determine the level of balance between the time available for life and work with the doctors in the hospitals of t the six hospitals in the City of Medicine.

Design / methodology / Approach: It has been relying on ready-scale, to make sure the diagnosis and determine the level of balance between the time available for life and work, where they were distributed on Form 42 doctors in the six hospitals in the City of Medicine, were analyzed by software (Nvivo and SPSS v.22).

The present work aimed to study the efficiency of nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO) membrane for heavy metal removal from wastewater and study the factors affecting the performance of these two membranes: feed concentrations for heavy metal ions, pressure, and flow rate. Pt (IV) complexes were synthesized from 4-Aminoantipyrine (4-AAP) as a primary ligand, and sodium pyrophosphate as a secondary ligand using metal: ligand in (1:1) mole ratio with molecular formula [Pt (4-AAP)Cl4],[Pt (4-AAP)(Pyph)Cl2].
