Modified Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods to Assess Classification Methods

      During the last few decades, many academic and professional groups gave attention to adopting the multi-criteria decision-making methods in a variety of contexts for decision-making that are given to the diversity and sophistication of their selections. Five different classification methods are tested and assessed in this paper. Each has its own set of five attribute selection approaches. By using the multi-criteria decision-making procedures, these data can be used to rate options. Technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is designed utilizing a modified fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (MFAHP) to compute the weight alternatives for TOPSIS in order to obtain the confidence value of each classifier for each feature selection approach individually. Defuzzification of  the fuzzy values to obtain the final criteria weights, the rank function is used. The modification of TOPSIS is assessed in tests using five prediction models (alternatives) and six performance measurements (criteria) to analyze the German credit data sets. Overall the results of the experiment show that the proposed strategies are successful in credit approval data.

Iterative Methods for Approximation of Fixed Points Via Like Contraction Mappings
Abstract<p>The aim of this paper, is to study different iteration algorithms types two steps called, modified SP, Ishikawa, Picard-S iteration and M-iteration, which is faster than of others by using like contraction mappings. On the other hand, the M-iteration is better than of modified SP, Ishikawa and Picard-S iterations. Also, we support our analytic proof with a numerical example.</p>

Analysis of Structural Concrete Bar Members Based on Secant Stiffness Methods
Abstract<p>In this paper, the behavior of structural concrete linear bar members was studied using numerical model implemented in a computer program written in MATLAB. The numerical model is based on the modified version of the procedure developed by Oukaili. The model is based on real stress-strain diagrams of concrete and steel and their secant modulus of elasticity at different loading stages. Comparison Different Estimation Methods for the Parameters of Non-Linear Regression

   Nonlinear regression models are important tools for solving optimization problems. As traditional techniques would fail to reach satisfactory solutions for the parameter estimation problem.  Hence, in this paper, the BAT algorithm  to estimate the parameters of  Nonlinear Regression models is used . The simulation study is considered to investigate the performance of the proposed algorithm with the maximum likelihood (MLE) and Least square (LS) methods. The results show that the Bat algorithm provides accurate estimation and it is satisfactory for the parameter estimation of the nonlinear regression models than MLE and LS methods depend on Mean Square error.

Contrast Enhancement of the Mammographic Image Using Retinex with CLAHE methods

Recently digital mammography is most widely used technology for early detection of breast cancer. The main diagnosing elements such as lesion or masses in digital mammograms are with law contrast. Ag-SiO2 nanoparticales prepared by Sol-Gel methods for antibacterial effect

Sol-gel method was use to prepare Ag-SiO2 nanoparticles. Crystal structure of the nanocomposite was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction patterns while the color intensity was evaluated by spectrophotometry. The morphology analysis using atomic force microscopy showed that the average grain sizes were in range (68.96-75.81 nm) for all samples. The characterization of Ag-SiO2 nanoparticles were investigated by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
