A cermet (ceramic-metal) composite have been prepared from alumina (γ-Al2O3) reinforced with aluminum (Al) for the concentrations of (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, & 50) wt. %Al. The cermet was formed by single axial pressing, sintered in vacuum atmosphere. Compaction behaviors were studied in solid state sintering at sintering temperatures (400, 450, & 550) °C, sintering times (2, 4, & 6) hrs., and forming pressures (5, 10, 15) MPa, also in liquid phase sintering at (800 °C). The cermet was characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and by scanning electron microscope (SEM), also physical and mechanical properties have been studied. SEM results showed the Al flowing inside the ceramic body due to uniform distribution of Al particles and due to sintering temperature (800 °C) have been used. XRD results showed that there is no new phase formed between Al and Al2O3 after sintering due to there is no chemical reaction but physical reaction between them. The existence of Al enhanced the physical properties as the sintering (time & temperature) and pressure increase. Hardness values increased to 30 wt. % Al then decreased due to Al ductility. The oxide layer on the friction surfaces played important role for increasing wear rate.

An Investigation of estimated Mechanical Properties of AL-Alloys 2024-T3, which is the most commonly used in industrial applications, been established experimentally. A new novel Plasma Peening techniques had applied for the whole surfaces of the material by CNC-Plasma machine for 48 specimen, and then a new investigation were toke over to figure the amount of change in mechanical properties and estimated fatigue life. The aim of this research is to identify the Andalusia poet Abu Izac Al-Zauali , whose most of his poetry and biography had been lost, as well as many Andalusia poets. So this research is hoped to be the first step to shed the light on the poet’s life and poetry and to document his poetry as other writers do. It is also hoped that this research would pave the way , God willing , to the steps of finding more references about this poet .

Zooplanktons from the artificial lake of Madenat Al-Alaab at Baghdad city have been
studied, during the period from may 2009 to April 2010. In addition to some ecological
factors (Temperature, pH and Turbidity) which were ranged (10.2-28.4)°C (7.1-8.4) and (20-50) cm respectively.
The results of the present study revealed that there are 22 species of zooplankton
belonging to Cladocera, Copepoda and Rotifera. Some of the species recorded during all
months of the study period, while other have disappeared during some months. Numbers of
species recorded were varied during different groups .
The dominant species were (Cyclops vernalis, C. hyalinus, C. scutifer, Diaptomus
leptopus, Bosmina longirostris, Kerate
In addition to its basic communicative function, language can be used to imply information that is not actually stated, i.e. addressers do not always state exactly (or directly) what they mean. Such instances fall within the domain of pragmatics in that they have to do with how addressers use language to communicate in a particular situation by implication rather than by direct statement.
