The content of Furocoumarin derivatives (Psoralens) of Ruta Chalepensis L. (Whole plant) was studied by simple extraction with petroleum ether (b.p. 60-80C^o). The results indicated that the plant contains a total of about (0.015%).

       Investigation of these compounds by thin layer chromatography (TLC) revealed the presence of at least four compounds of which methoxsalen (8-methoxypsoralen) was isolated.     It was identified and authenticated with a standard by spectral method, IR, NMR, Mass spectra and HPLC.This plant could be considered as a good source for supplying this compound, which is widely used in dermatological preparations.

In this study porcelain was prepared by using composition consisting of raw materials with in following fractions , 50% kaolin , 25% feldspar, and 25% silica( SiO2) tested by XRay diffraction (XRD) method .Study the effect additives at different concentration from zirconia (ZrO2) (2,5,10,15,20) Wt% on some physical properties of porcelain, the sample is prepared by the conventional manufacturing method , It is found that some physical properties of porcelain changes considerably with the substituent sample, It was found that the increase of zrconia (ZrO2) additive of all our sample produce. L.The nodal anatomy was carefully investigated ,by the cross sections at the node
provide that what was called "cyclic arrangement" of leaves is in fact includes just
two opposite leaves which take their vascularization from the stele by two leaf
traces.The rest four leaf- like appendages on the node are stipules ,and take their
vascularization from the vascular ring which bond the two opposite leaves,and
refered for some morphological and anatomical characters of the plant species in this
work.

In the present work, a d.c. magnetron sputtering system was designed and fabricated. Objective: to evaluate the correlation of serum levels of different types of lipoproteins with activity of the disease in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Type of the study: A prospective study.

Methods: A study included patients diagnosed as acute lymphoblastic leukemia, their serum levels of lipoproteins at time of diagnosis, and on relapse were obtained for comparison.

This research of using Feldspar in the production self compacting concrete (SCC) ( 5,10,15 )% as partial replacement by weight of cement .In this research some of fresh properties of SCC ( slump flow used V-funnel test and filling ability used ( U- box test ) for concrete mixes and also some of the harden properties of SCC ( compressive and flexural tests ). The research results showed that negative effect of Feldspar on the fresh properties of self compacting concrete but the positive effect of Feldspar on the harden properties of self compacting concrete .
