Application of Mathematical 3D Surface Using Bi-cubic B-Spline Models
...Show More Authors

This paper describes a modified mathematical method that used for controlling and generating three dimensional surfaces based on different axes (X, Y, and Z) and free axis. The main aim of the proposed method is to allow the designer to change the shape of the surface to the desired one without changing the original data points which is presented in the earlier version of this paper under title "3D Surface Reconstruction of Mathematical Modelling Used for Controlling the Generation of Different Bi-cubic B-Spline in Matrix Form without Changing the Control Points". The proposed method has been done by changing the t and s, parameters value that are assigned secretly by the designer. Therefore, in case off the control points have been discovered by others, the same design will not be created because the secrete parameters values are known only by the designer. Besides, the proposed method can be used by various applications such as banknote design, shape design, decorations, and governmental documents. Finally, the proposed method shows high level of accuracy in generating 3D surfaces without changing the control points

An Approximate Solution of the Space Fractional-Order Heat Equation by the Non-Polynomial Spline Functions
...Show More Authors

The linear non-polynomial spline is used here to solve the fractional partial differential equation (FPDE). The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. The tensor products are given for extending the one-dimensional linear non-polynomial spline to a two-dimensional spline  to solve the heat equation. In this paper, the convergence theorem of the method used to the exact solution is proved and the numerical examples show the validity of the method. All computations are implemented by Mathcad15.

Classification of Elliptic Cubic Curves Over The Finite Field of Order Nineteen
...Show More Authors

Plane cubics curves may be classified up to isomorphism or projective equivalence. In this paper, the inequivalent elliptic cubic curves which are non-singular plane cubic curves have been classified projectively over the finite field of order nineteen, and determined if they are complete or incomplete as arcs of degree three. Also, the maximum size of a complete elliptic curve that can be constructed from each incomplete elliptic curve are given.

Comparison of Shear Bond Strength of Sapphire Bracket Bonded to Zirconium Surface after Using Different Surface Conditioning Methods (In Vitro Study)
...Show More Authors

Background: The present study was carried out to compare shear bond strength of sapphire bracket bonded to zirconium surface after using different methods of surface conditioning and assessment of the adhesive remnant index. Materials and methods: The sample composed of 40 zirconium specimens divided into four groups; the first group was the control, the second group was conditioned by sandblast with aluminum oxide particle 50 μm, the third and fourth group was treated by (Nd: YAG) laser (1064nm)(0.888 Watt for 5 seconds) for the 1st laser group and (0.444 Watt for 10 seconds) for the 2nd laser group. All samples were coated by z-prime plus primer. A central incisor sapphire bracket was bonded to all samples with light cure adhesive res

Laser Hole Drilling of Stainless Steel 321H and Steel 33 Using 3D CO2 Laser CNC Machine
...Show More Authors

In present work an investigation for precise hole drilling via continuous wave (CW) CO2 laser at 150 W maximum output power and wavelength 10.6 μm was achieved with the assistance of computerized numerical controlled (CNC) machine and assist gases. The drilling process was done for thin sheets (0.1 – 0.3 mm) of two types of metals; stainless steel (sst) 321H, steel 33 (st). Changing light and process parameters such as laser power, exposure time and gas pressure was important for getting the optimum results. The obtained results were supported with computational results using the COMSOL 3.5a software code.

The Usefulness of Mandibular Ramus as an Indicator in Sex Differentiation Using 3D Reconstructed Computed Tomography
...Show More Authors

Background: Determination of sex from an unknown human bone is an important role in forensic and anthropology field. The mandible is the largest and hardest facial bone, that commonly resist postmortem damage and forms an important source of information about sexual dimorphism. Mandibular ramus can be used to differentiate between sexes and it also expresses strong univariate sexual dimorphism. This study was undertaken to assess the usefulness of mandibular ramus as an aid in sex differentiation using CT scanning among Iraqi population. Materials and methods: 3D reconstructed computed tomography scanning of 140 Iraqi Arab subjects, (7 0 males and 70 females) were analyzed with their age range from 20-60 years old. The linear measurements w

The technique of converting multi-choice mathematical programming into linear mathematical programming to find the optimal solution
...Show More Authors

The study deals with the issue of multi-choice linear mathematical programming. The right side of the constraints will be multi-choice. However, the issue of multi-purpose mathematical programming can not be solved directly through linear or nonlinear techniques. The idea is to transform this matter into a normal linear problem and solve it In this research, a simple technique is introduced that enables us to deal with this issue as regular linear programming. The idea is to introduce a number of binary variables And its use to create a linear combination gives one parameter was used multiple. As well as the options of linear programming model to maximize profits to the General Company for Plastic Industries product irrigation sy

A Study of Wear Articular Cartilage of Synovial Human Knee Joint Using Non-Newtonian Elastic Mathematical Model
...Show More Authors

In this paper, the wear in layers of articular cartilage was calculated, parameters effective on elastic deformation were studied in normal and diseased knee joints,   and relations between elastic deformation and squeeze film characteristics under lubrication condition  were discussed with using a mathematical model. Conferring to the results obtained, elastic deformation effects on the performance of synovial human knee joint were analyzed from medical and dynamics perspectives. Relationships between elastic deformation and wear of layers were also discussed.

Social Media Application for Recruitment Using Pythagorean Fuzzy
...Show More Authors

The growth of social media is now utilized all over the world. In the past several years social media is used to communicate between person for information sharing and entertainment but now social media is also used for the hiring. This work collects data through questionnaire and online dataset on the recruitment process for three social media i.e. Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Pythagorean Fuzzy Relation (PFR) is an expansion of both Fuzzy Relationship and Fuzzy Intuitionist Relationship. The Pythagorean fuzzy set is a modern conceptual structure with greater capacity to deal with imprecision rooted in decision making. So we used this technique to identify a social media containing more number of positive respondents in recrui
