The last decade of this 20th century provides a wide spread of applications of one of the computer techniques, which is called Fuzzy Logic. This technique depends mainly on the fuzzy set theory, which is considered as a general domain with respect to the conventional set theory. This paper presents in initiative the fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy logic as a complete mathematics system. Here it was explained the concept of fuzzy set and defined the operations of fuzzy logic. It contains eleven operations beside the other operations which related to fuzzy algebra. Such search is considered as an enhancement for supporting the others waiting search activities in this field.

      In this study, simple, low cost, precise and speed spectrophotometric methods development for evaluation of sulfacetamide sodium are described. The primary approach contains conversion of sulfacetamide sodium to diazonium salt followed by a reaction with p-cresol as a reagent in the alkaline media.  The colored product has an orange colour with absorbance at λmax 450 nm. At the concentration range of (5.0-100 µg.mL^-1), the Beer̆ s Low is obeyed with correlation coefficient (R²= 0.9996), limit of detection as 0.2142 µg.mL^-1, limit of quantification as 0.707 µg.mL^-1 and molar absorptivity as 1488.249 L.mol^-1.cm^-1. In this research, we use a FCM algorithm that incorporates spatial information into the membership function for clustering. The spatial function is the summation of the membership functions in the neighborhood of each pixel under consideration. The advantages of the method are that it is less

Background: Postoperative discitis is uncommon 4%, but it is the most disabling postoperative complication after lumbar discectomy.
Objective: To assess the effectiveness of intradiscal Gentamycin in prevention of lumbar discitis post operatively.
Patients and Methods: This is a prospective study involving 320 patients, who had lumbar discectomy. 140 patients (first group) from Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2013 were not had intradiscal gentamycin injection, while 180 patients (2nd group) From Jan 2013 to Jan 2014 (2nd group) had intradiscal injection of 80mg Gentamycin at the end of surgery and before closing up.
