The behavior and shear strength of full-scale (T-section) reinforced concrete deep beams, designed according to the strut-and-tie approach of ACI Code-19 specifications, with various large web openings were investigated in this paper. The fuzzy sets theory has been applied in many fields, such as operations research, control theory and management sciences, etc. In particular, an application of this theory in decision making problem is linear programming problems with fuzzy technological coefficients numbers, as well as studying the parametric linear programming problems in the case of changes in the objective function. The method estimator (GLS) is efficient because it takes into account the covariance structure of errors, but it is also very sensitive to outliers. The robust SUR estimator can dealing outliers.
