Objective: The aims of research to identify sample of websites of Arabian medical periodicals and exam applying to
standards for publishing on the internet.
Methodology: A survey method is applied about nine medical periodicals websites and data are collected through
forms include five international standards to assessing websites.
Results: of data collected, the following findings are obtained:
1. Through examining website addresses, unsuitability was found in using Universal Resources Locater, because six of
periodicals use com. in URL. While, all of them not relevance commercial but scientific aim.

ANN modeling is used here to predict missing monthly precipitation data in one station of the eight weather stations network in Sulaimani Governorate. Eight models were developed, one for each station as for prediction. Teaching through the system of personal learning, known as (Clare's plan) is amongst the most prominent plans which depend on self-education, as it received worldwide recognition. The plan lets the learner achieve learning by depending on himself after being familiar with the educational goals given to him, then he starts to solve the exercises and the drills accompanying the unit. After that, he checks his achievement by answering the self-evaluation tests. This method offers more opportunities for personal interaction than do the traditional systems, and individual leaning is a methodical expression aims at taking care of the learner and making him the locus of the processes of teaching and learning.

Aims of the study

The article states that the Russian verbs of destruction belong to the lexical-semantic group of physical impact. They include verbs with the meaning of “damage” and “destroy”. It is emphasized that each of these groups is relatively independent; the cut line between them is fuzzy and arbitrary. It is postulated that when the object is completely destroyed, then the verb has the meaning of “destruction”,  and when the object is partially destroyed, then the  verb has the meaning of “damage”.       This paper tackles methods of teaching conversation in Russian to students speaking Arabic. It analyses the differences between the two languages, as well as the difficulties and major errors faced by Arabic speakers studying Russian. Particularly, it looks at the difficulty of transforming spoken language. Finally, the paper suggests ways for teaching spoken language and treating the reasons behind making errors.

For this purpose, the operational matrices of fractional integrals and derivatives are designed for Euler polynomials.
