Chlamydia trachomatis is the most common of negative gram bacteria that cause sexually transmitted diseases. It affects the reproductive system in women, not the symptoms of the disease, but the most serious is the long-term effects of the reproductive system.. out of 100 women were attending different hospitals in Baghdad included the Gynaecology Departments of Women Health Center at Al-Elwyia Obstetrics Hospital . Ibn Al balady Maternity and Children's Hospital , Kamal al-Samarrai hospital Fertility Center infertility treatment and In Vitro Fertilization ( IVF ) (20 control and 80 women with infertility) DNA was extracted from the Endocervical Swabs of all infertili women, to investigate the bacteria by using Real time -PCR technique and another swab were subjected to direct Rapid Test . The venous blood sample was obtained, serum were diagnosis by Anti- Chlamydia trachomitis Chlamydia trachomitis IgG ELISA.
The result of the Real time-PCR revealed was significant associated with infertility women (OR= 0.733; 13.75%, P= 0.041), among 80 infertili women, while was no significant diagnosis by ELISA (OR= 0.063; 2.50%, p= 0.095). and no significant associated with Rapid Test .
In summary Real time-PCR has the possibility to contribute in the primary screening for infertility in women.
The present study conducted to study epipelic algae in the Tigris River within Baghdad city for one year from September 2011 to August 2012 due to the importance role of benthic algae in lotic ecosystems. Five sites have been chosen along the river. A total of 154 species of epipelic algae was recorded belongs to 45 genera, where Bacillariophyceae (Diatoms) was the dominant groups followed by Cyanophyceae and Chlorophyceae. The numbers of common types in three sites were 47 species. Bacillariophyceae accounted 88.31% of the total number of epipelic algae, followed by Cyanophyceae 7.14 % and Chlorophyceae 4.55%. This work examines numerically the effects of particle size, particle thermal conductivity and inlet velocity of forced convection heat transfer in uniformly heated packed duct. Four packing material (Aluminum, Alumina, Glass and Nylon) with range of thermal conductivity (from200 W/m.K for Aluminum to 0.23 W/m.K for Nylon), four particle diameters (1, 3, 5 and 7 cm), inlet velocity ( 0.07, 0.19 and 0.32 m/s) and constant heat flux ( 1000, 2000 and 3000 W/ m 2) were investigated. The aim of this study is to investigate: the performance of the pile groups subjected to lateral loads; in which the pile batter inclination angle is changed; the effect of pile spacing (s/d) ratio, the influence of using different number of piles and pile group configuration.
