The current study aims to identify university students' attitudes towards reading and its relationship to some demographic variables in the universities of the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (1434) male and female university students from various Omani public and private universities affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education. The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . Biological experiment was performed (with Complete Random Design (CRD)) by using sterile and non-sterile soil, to investigate Rhizobium leguminosarum isolate ability to enhance fava beans (Vicia faba) plant. The experiment includes: control group (C), fertilizer treatment as group 1 (F), and Rhizobium leguminosarum inoculum treatments as group 2 (R).
