The aim of the study was molecular detection of C. neoformans that isolated from 150 (88 female and 62 male) clinical samples (sputum samples) from pulmonary patients in Baghdad. The diagnoses of Cryptococcus neoformans in samples was done by using direct microscopic examination, culture media and PCR Technology. Microscopic examination and cultured revealed that 65 out of 150 (43.33 %) samples were positive and the others samples were Negative. Results of the genetic diagnosis looking for the fungi causing cryptococcosis using primers specific for ITS gene which were specially designed for this study revealed that 6 (4 %) of sputum samples were positive. In this study used the PCR technology due to the present of high specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of C. neoformans added to that which is cheaper and faster than the conventional methods currently used in hospital and laboratories.
The study showed that all extracts (aqueous, ethanolic and acetonic) of the leaves of Eucalyptus and Myrtus plants had a inhibitory effect on the growth of all types of yeasts studied, acetone extract recorded the highest inhibition of yeastat 100ppm concentration,The inhibition was 35mm, 34mm, 24mm and 20mm for Candida parapsilosis, Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis and Candida albicans respectively, The experiments above showed the least significant differences at 0.05 level.The results ofE. In this paper, a subspace identification method for bilinear systems is used . Wherein a " three-block " and " four-block " subspace algorithms are used. In this algorithms the input signal to the system does not have to be white . Simulation of these algorithms shows that the " four-block " gives fast convergence and the dimensions of the matrices involved are significantly smaller so that the computational complexity is lower as a comparison with " three-block " algorithm .
It is not often easy to identify a certain group of words as a lexical bundle, since the same set of words can be, in different situations, recognized as idiom, a collocation, a lexical phrase or a lexical bundle. That is, there are many cases where the overlap among the four types is plausible. Thus, it is important to extract the most identifiable and distinguishable characteristics with which a certain group of words, under certain conditions, can be recognized as a lexical bundle, and this is the task of this paper.

According to the prevalence of multidrug resistance bacteria, especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in which the essential mechanism of drug resistance is the ability to possess an efflux pump by which extrusion of antimicrobial agents usually occurs, this study aims to detect the presence of mexB multidrug efflux gene in some local isolates of this bacteria that show resistance towards three antibiotics, out of five.
