   This study included the effect of Aged garlic extract (AgE) and Row garlic extract (RgE)as immune modulators for treating or redusing the infection of boiler by Gomboro.       This is made of measuring the stress index and serum antibodies levels against Gomboro virous( GV) estimated by HI,the study also detected the effect of each extract as antioxidents in broiler by estimation of peroxynitrite in serum . 300 chicks infected with Gumboro diseas brought at day ( 21 ) old and divided into three groups , the first group A was given the ( RgE ) at level of 5% with drinking water , the group B was given 5% of  ( AgE ) and group C is left as control group and wasn't given anything.  &

This study was aimed to assess the impact of vermicompost, glutathione, and their interaction on beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.) growth, yield, and antioxidant traits. The experiment carried out at vegetable field of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences - University of Baghdad during fall season 2019. The experiment was conducted using factorial arrangement within Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and three replicates (3X3X3). The present study aims to evaluate the synergistic activity of nicotinic acid (NIC) with the Imipenem (IMI) as an anti-biofilm for clinical isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The values of minimum inhibitor concentration (MICs) for IMI and NIC (Separately) against P. aeruginosa were (16) ug/mL and (8) ug/ml respectively. Whereas, the concentration of NIC with IMI (as combined) for biofilm inhibition was  1 ug/ml for NIC and 4 ug/ml for IMI. The combining of NIC with IMI showed synergistic efficacy against formation of bacterial biofilm (at MIC levels). This research was designed to study the effect of water and alcoholic crude extracts of Calvatia craniiformis in vitro and in vivo On the other hand this study tested the toxic effect of both extracts in normal laboratory mice. The results showed that water and alcoholic extracts relatively have an acute toxic effect in mice in respect to LD50 (85 mg/kg, and 177mg/kg respectively). However the chronic toxicity of water extract at three different concentration (50, 75, 100 mg/kg) and alcoholic extract at concentrations of (100, 150, 200 mg/kg) was investigated in normal mice by (I.P) administration for 30 days alternatively and one drag in 48 hours .
