The Complex Dynamics in a Food Chain Involving Different Functional Responses

      A food chain model in which the top predator growing logistically has been proposed and studied. Two types of Holling’s functional responses type IV and type II have been used in the first trophic level and second trophic level respectively, in addition to Leslie-Gower in the third level. The properties of the solution are discussed. Since the boundary dynamics are affecting the dynamical behavior of the whole dynamical system, the linearization technique is used to study the stability of the subsystem of the proposed model. The persistence conditions of the obtained subsystem of the food chain are established. Finally, the model is simulated numerically to understand the global dynamics of the food chain under study.

Dynamics and optimal Harvesting strategy for biological models with Beverton –Holt growth

The existence and local stability are investigated of all its equilibria.. The optimal harvest strategy is done for the system by using Pontryagin’s maximum principle to solve the optimality problem. A Quantitative Analysis of the Mixing of Three Solids Different in Density by an Air Fluidized Bed

Three cohesionless free flowing materials of different density were mixed in an air fluidized bed to study the mixing process by calculating performance of mixing index according to Rose equation (1959) and to study the effect of four variables (air velocity, mixing time, particle size of trace component and concentration of trace component) on the mixing index and as well as on mixing performance. Functional outcome of interlocked intramedullary nailing fixation in management of closed tibia shaft fractures

Objective: To assess prospectively functional outcome of interlocked intramedullary nailing fixation in management of closed tibia shaft fractures. Methodology: This prospective study included 134 patients with closed shaft tibia fractures with age 18-60 years and isolated closed fracture of shaft of tibia. The fractures were fixed by interlocking intramedullary nail. At follow-up after 12 months postoperatively, the functional outcome was assessed radiographically for the sign of union and clinically according to Klemm-Borner criteria. Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological. The local isolated L. mesenteroides bacteria under the optimal conditions of dextran production showed that, the highly production of dextran was 7.7g achieved by using a modified natural media comprised of 100ml whey, 10g refined sugar, 0.5g heated yeast extract, 0.01g CaCl2, 0.001g MgSO4, 0.001g MnCl2 and 0.001g NaCl at pH 6 and 25̊C for 24 hr of fermentation and by using 1ᵡ106 cell/ml as initial inoculums volume. The purpose of this research paper is to present the second-order homogeneous complex differential equation   , where   , which is defined on the certain complex domain depends on solution behavior. In order to demonstrate  the relationship between the solution of the second-order of the complex differential equation and its coefficient of function, by studying the solution in certain cases: a meromorphic function, a coefficient of function, and if the solution is considered to be a transformation with another complex solution.
