In this paper, we introduce and study new types of soft open sets and soft closed
sets in soft bitopological spaces (X,~ ,~ ,E) 1 2   , namely, (1,2)*-maximal soft open
sets, (1,2)*-maximal soft (1,2)*-pre-open sets, semi (1,2)*-maximal soft (1,2)*-preopen
sets, (1,2)*-maximal soft closed sets, (1,2)*-maximal soft (1,2)*-pre-closed
sets, (1,2)*-minimal soft open sets, (1,2)*-minimal soft (1,2)*-pre-open sets, (1,2)*-
minimal soft closed sets, (1,2)*-minimal soft (1,2)*-pre-closed sets, and semi (1,2)*-
minimal soft (1,2)*-pre-closed sets. Also, properties and the relation among these
concepts have been studied.

     This study aims to evaluate the performance of emergency departments according to international standards through studying the performance in some of Iraqi public hospitals, where the evaluation performance is considered one of the important topics that take a great deal of officials' attention, especially decision makers in health organizations.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic alarm was made by the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)-coronavirus (CoV) 2, several institutions and agencies have pursued to clarify the viral virulence and infectivity. The fast propagation of this virus leads to an unprecedented rise in the number of cases worldwide. COVID-19 virus is exceptionally contagious that spreads through droplets, respiratory secretions, and direct contact. The enveloped, single-stranded RNA virus has a specific envelop region called (S) region encoding (S protein) that specifically binds to the host cell receptor. Viral infection requires receptors' participation on the host cell membrane's surface, a  key- step for the viral invasion of susceptible cells.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of cost accounting system in the contracting institutions in Saudi Arabia, and the extent of the reflection of the application of this system on the effectiveness and efficiency of the general performance of these institutions. This study aimed at highlighting the role of small and medium enterprises in bringing about economic development in Jordan. The study examined the impact of the number, size of investment and the number of jobs provided by these enterprises on the rate of growth in gross domestic product (GDP) as an indicator for economic development.
