Extensive studies have been conducted on the microbial properties of Streptococcus pneumoniae all over the world ,but there are few studies in Iraq on the most important factors of virulence possessed by S.pneumoniae isolates found in Iraq , 195 of sputum specimens were collected from patients with pneumonia acquired from the community who were clinically diagnosed by specialized doctors depending on symptoms and Radiography of Chest . Eighteen isolates of S.pneumoniae were diagnosed by special traditional methods that used in the phenotypic identification . All isolates 18 (100%) have been given positive results for the optochin test , bile solubility test ,latex agglutination . Genetically , the study of virulence factors was limited to only 11 (61.11%) isolates by using the Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR) technique, four genes were investigated responsible for virulence factors deemed necessary for S.pneumoniae to colonize and invade the host. The results showed that the isolates of S.pneumoniae in Basra city were fierce ,where the results of PCR amplification showed that the genes CpsA, LytA and Ply were found in all isolates 11 (61.11%) while the Psa gene was present in only 9 (50%) isolates within the current study.

Abstract
This research aims to identify the effect of measuring reinforcement (regular - irregular) in gamification upon developing computer skills among secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research experiment was applied on two samples of (68) secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Aurar region. The results revealed there is a significant difference between the experimental group that used (irregular) reinforcement and the control group used (regular) reinforcement in gamification through the post-application of the electronic programming test and through the programming, language skills observing card (Visual Basic Studio).
This study was designed to monitor the ambient air pollution in several sites within Baghdad City of Iraq. The readings started from May 2016 to April 2017. The highest concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO2) was 2.28 ppmm-3 while nitrogen dioxide (NO2) was 3.68 ppmm-3 and suspended particulate matter was 585.1 ?gm-3. This present study demonstrated that liver was involved in 14 %of typhoid patients manifesting with hepatomegaly. Elevation of serum enzymes in typhoid fever was presumably of a muscular origin, while elevation of liver enzyme was relatively less common. This study was performed on 30 female patients diagnosed by ultrasound (US) of abdomen, with paratyphoid A, ranged between (20-40) years compared with 30 healthy control .Patients volunteers were treated with appropriate antibiotics for 14 days and investigations were repeated 2-3 week after completion of treatment.
