Indium Antimonide (InSb) thin films were grown onto well cleaned glass substrates at substrate temperatures (473 K) by flash evaporation. X-ray diffraction studies confirm the polycrystalline of the films and the films show preferential orientation along the (111) plane .The particle size increases with the increase of annealing time .The transmission spectra of prepared samples were found to be in the range (400-5000 cm-1 ) from FTIR study . This indicates that the crystallinity is improved in the films deposited at higher annealing time.

Poly vinyl alcohol has been studied for its ability to form crystallites by using annealing method. Semicrystalline films of poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) were prepared by casting 11.5 wt. % and 13 wt. % PVA aqueous solution onto glass slides at annealing temperature range 90 -120°C and duration time 15- 60 minute. This allowed the macromolecules to form crystallites, small regions of folded and compacted chains separated by amorphous regions where single PVA chain may pass through several of these crystallites. In this paper, a discrete- time ratio-dependent prey- predator model is proposed and analyzed. All possible fixed points have been obtained. The local stability conditions for these fixed points have been established. The global stability of the proposed system is investigated numerically. Bifurcation diagrams as a function of growth rate of the prey species are drawn. It is observed that the proposed system has rich dynamics including chaos.

In this paper, an efficient face recognition algorithm is proposed based on the benefit of wavelet decomposition to extract the most important and distractive features for the face and Eigen face method to classify faces according to the minimum distance with feature vectors. Films of CdSe have been prepared by evaporation technique with thickness 1µm. Doping with Cu was achieved using annealing under argon atmosphere . The Structure properties of these films are investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. The effect of Cu doping on the orientation , relative intensity, grain size and the lattice constant has been studied. The pure CdSe films have been found consist of amorphous structure with very small peak at (002) plane. that increase in tensile strength from (34MPa) to (68MPa) when
