This study included the compromised the containing Hardness and some ions of treated water in central Karbala drinking water treatment station with Iraqi and international drinking water criteria. It is noted that the workers suffer from respiratory diseases and other health problems. This study is an attempt to detect the sources and concentrations of pollutants and to propose modalities for their treatment and reduction.
