Nickel nanoparticles (Ni-nanoparticles) were incorporated as an antecedent utilizing nickel acetate and as a reducing agent, extraction plantApiumgraveolens. The reason fo choosing this plant over many other is because it is easily accessible, carries many antioxidants, non-toxic, and there are no dangerous residues and stabilizing agent at 60℃ under stirrer. The progress of the reaction was monitored by observing a change in color of the obtained solution. The UV–Vis utilized to screen the development of Ni-nanoparticles inside a surface plasmon band (SPB) at 275 nm gives a phantom mark appropriate to the arrangement of nanoparticles. Examining the electron microscope (SEM) photos showed the Ni-nanoparticles to be of cubic shape with sizes in te range of (6-45 nm). GC-MS s spectra were utilized to show the debasement when the expansion of nickel nanoparticles. The most noteworthy accessibility of aliphatic mixes at the hour of (1.3, 1.46, 1.62, 12.04) min. In the interim after the expansion of nanoparticle, the outcomes show a high bounty at (1.29, 2.1) min. The importance of this research lies in the possibility of breaking large organic compounds into simpler compounds, as the presence of large organic compounds with high molecular weights leads to pollution of sea and ocean waters when poured into it as a result of sea transport.
This paper addresses the factors responsible for changes in crude oil prices, in real market and financial sector. In order to prepare the analytical background for further investigation, it highlights the patterns of correlations of the real oil price and the most related prices of assets, exchange rate and government bond yield. The paper reviews the statistical behavior of oil price, quantities and the global macroeconomic environment. Topics discussed include the theory of differential rent and scarcity effect ,the role of future market and speculation, strategies of energy of the major economies to investigate the prospects of oil market and the potential demand for OPEC's oil. The paper explores the
... Show MoreThe increasing demand for energy has encouraged the development of renewable resources and environmentally benign fuel such as biodiesel. In this study, ethyl fatty esters (EFEs), a major component of biodiesel fuel, were synthesized from soybean oil using sodium ethoxide as a catalyst. By-products were glycerol and difatty acyl urea (DFAU), which has biological characteristics, as antibiotics and antifungal medications. Both EFEs and DFAU have been characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique. The optimum conditions were studied as a function of reaction time, reactant molar ratios, catalyst percentage and the effect of organic solvents. The conversion ratio of soybea

The resulted Schiff base compounds were reacted with various nucleophiles in order to obtain new heterocyclic derivatives. Chemical structures of all products were confirmed by IR, 1H-, 13C-NMR spectral data and elemental analysis. All synthesized compounds were in vitro tested against a standard strain of pathogenic microorganism including Gram +ve bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus), Gram –ve bacteria (Escherichia coli), and fungi (Candida albicans).
Petroleum is one of the most important substances consumed by man at present times, a major energy source in this century, petroleum oils can cause environmental pollution during various stages of production, transportation, refining and use, petroleum hydrocarbons pollutions ranging from soil, ground water to marine environment, become an inevitable problem in the modern life, current study focused on bioremediation process of hydrocarbons contaminants that remaining in the bottom of gas cylinders and discharged to the soil. Twenty-four bacterial isolates were isolated from contaminated soils all of them gram negative bacteria, bacterial isolates screening to investigate the ability of biodegradation of hydrocarbons, these isolates inocula

Which was converted to active form 1-bromo protected sugar (2) as a sugar moiety. The base moiety 2-substituted imidazoline (3,4) was prepared from condensation of ethylene diamine with two kind of aromatic aldehydes, which were subjected to amino alkylation via Mannich reaction forming new nucleaobase derivatives (5-10). Condensation of nucleobase with bromo sugar through nucleophilic substitution of anomeric carbon with nitrogen forming new protected nucleoside analogues (11-16). De blocking of these nucleoside analogues with sodium methoxide in methanol afforded our targe
... Show MoreIn this research, cyclic compounds derived from 2- furfural mercaptan (oxazole, triazoles) were synthesized, and their biological efficacy was measured and compared with standard drugs. Also, their effectiveness as anti-oxidant was measured and compared with ascorbic acid as a standard substance. Some of the synthesized compounds were deduced with good efficacy. © 2021 Sami Publishing Company. All rights reserved
This paper investigated the treatment of textile wastewater polluted with aniline blue (AB) by electrocoagulation process using stainless steel mesh electrodes with a horizontal arrangement. The experimental design involved the application of the response surface methodology (RSM) to find the mathematical model, by adjusting the current density (4-20 mA/cm2), distance between electrodes (0.5-3 cm), salt concentration (50-600 mg/l), initial dye concentration (50-250 mg/l), pH value (2-12 ) and experimental time (5-20 min). The results showed that time is the most important parameter affecting the performance of the electrocoagulation system. Maximum removal efficiency (96 %) was obtained at a current density of 20 mA/cm2, distance be

According to the study, iron salts can be converted into IONPs by the biomolecules in onion peel extract. From FeCl2+FeCl3 to γ -Fe2O3, the approach changes iron oxide NPs' size, shape, purity and phases. In water treatment, γ -Fe2O3 NPs are critical for the removal of the color methylene blue (MB). X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet (UV-Vis) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy were used to identify IONPs. Results from the XRD experiment showed crystals having a
