The future of the highly competitive global banking is electronic banking via internet. This trend of electronic delivery of banking products and services is necessitated by the customers' demanding more Internet-customized daily transaction. Hence, customer affecting-satisfaction factors need to be thoroughly investigated in order to deliver efficient electronic banking. Consequently, this paper reviewed three approaches to reach the most influential customer affecting-satisfaction factors. These customer affecting-satisfaction approaches are prioritizing based on cause and effect relationships, understanding with the use of a questionnaire survey and better communicating using e-mail and social media. The pool of customer affecting-satisfaction factors is quality of services, reliability, privacy and confidentiality, site aesthetics, ease of use, convenience, communication speed (via e-mail and social media), fulfillment, responsiveness/contact, efficient and other future emerging factors. The most important factor results from first, second and third approach is the ease of use, friendly website navigation, and communication speed respectively.
The nuclear size radii, density distributions and elastic electron scattering charge form factors for Fluorine isotopes (17,19,20,24,26F) were studied using the radial wave functions (WF) of harmonic-oscillator (HO) potential and free mean field described by spherical Hankel functions (SHF) for the core and the valence parts, respectively for all aforementioned isotopes. The parameters for HO potential (size parameter ) and SHF were chosen to regenerate the available experimental size radii. It was found that using spherical Hankel functions in our work improved the calculated results quantities in comparison with empirical data.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, there have been concerns related to the preparedness of healthcare workers (HCWs). This study aimed to describe the level of awareness and preparedness of hospital HCWs at the time of the first wave.
This multinational, multicenter, cross-sectional survey was conducted among hospital HCWs from February to May 2020. We used a hierarchical logistic regression multivariate analysis to adjust the influence of variables based on awareness and preparedness. The article critically analyzes traditional translation models. The most influential models of translation in the second half of the 20th century have been mentioned, among which the theory of formal and dynamic equivalence, the theory of regular correspondences, informative, situational-denotative, functional-pragmatic theory of communication levels have been considered. The selected models have been analyzed from the point of view of the universality of their use for different types and types of translation, as well as the ability to comprehend the deep links established between the original and the translation.
