The current research aims to develop a guidance program suitable for high school students and apply it to them in order to ensure the reduction of addiction to the use of different means of communication. In the last years, the research of extraction the movable object from video sequence in application of computer vision become wide spread and well-known . in this paper the extraction of background model by using parallel computing is done by two steps : the first one using non-linear buffer to extraction frame from video sequence depending on the number of frame whether it is even or odd . the goal of this step is obtaining initial background when over half of training sequence contains foreground object . in the second step , The execution time of the traditional K-mean has been improved to obtain initial background through perform the k-mean by using parallel computing where the time has been minimized to 50% of the conventional time

This study aimed to assess orthodontic postgraduate students’ use of social media during the COVID-19 lockdown. Ninety-four postgraduate students (67 master’s students and 27 doctoral students) were enrolled in the study and asked to fill in an online questionnaire by answering questions regarding their use of social media during the COVID-19 lockdown. The frequency distributions and percentages were calculated using SPSS software. The results showed that 99% of the students used social media. The most frequently used type of social media was Facebook, 94%, followed by YouTube, 78%, and Instagram, 65%, while Twitter and Linkedin were used less, and no one used Blogger. The objective of this study was shed light for cultivation and maintenance of Trichomonas vaginalis parasite growth after isolated it by vaginal swaps from females suffering vaginitis and abnormal vaginal discharges in these media CPLM and TAB media to detect growth curve, morphological changes and viability of parasite in the two culture media, together with effect of sheep and bovine serum on the growth of it.
