Inhibitory effect  of  Lactobacillus plantarum was studied against Escherichia coli O157:H7 in  minced  beef , as well as the effect of some Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) was studied against this bacteria . Plate count method was used to estimate the viable cells of  E. coli O157:H7 in the treated meat samples for incubation periods( 0 , 24  and 48) h.   Results showed  that  Lactobacillus plantarum had inhibitory effect  against  E. coli O157:H7 , when reducing the number of cells after 24, 48 h., and reached to Zero after (24) h. In this Research, (In₂O₃: CdO) films were prepared using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method on glass substrate at room temperature deposited at laser influence 500mJ/cm²with different shoots N= (200,300,400,500and600). the structural, and the optical properties and the films are studied with different annealing temperatures (523and 623) K. Optical measurements and the films were analyzed by UV-VIS absorption spectra. The structural properties of samples were investigated by x-ray diffraction patterns of the films and show that the films and polycrystalline Structure with all shoots. This deposit is characterized by its significant scale and quality and is considered one of the prominent lead-zinc deposits in the Cho Don area. Despite its significance, this deposit has not received adequate attention, resulting in limited knowledge of its geology, mineralization, and deposit genesis model. To address this knowledge gap, our study utilized several methodologies, including field surveying, ore mineral analysis under a microscope, and S and Pb isotopic geochemistry.
