In this work, a (CdO)0.94:(In2O3)0.06 film was developed on a glass substrate using Q- switching pulse laser beam (Nd:YAG; wavelength 1064 nm). The quantitative elemental analysis of the (CdO)0.94:(In2O3)0.06 thin film was achieved using energy dispersive X- ray diffraction (EDX). The topological and morphological properties of the deposited thin film were investigated using atomic force microscope (AFM) and field emission scan electron microscopy (FESEM). The I-V characteristic and Hall effect of (CdO)0.94 :(In2O3)0.06 thin films were used to study the electrical properties. The gas sensor properties of the film prepared on n-Si were investigated for oxidization and reduction gases.
Design and Construction system for recording Finger print by laser, and separted the signal to noise by holographic element, was done. For safety, total reflection lighting ensures hat aser earns an not enter An operators eyes. Holographic diffraction grating was used instead of computer program to contrast images.
DC glow discharges were generated between a thin cylindrical anode and a flat cathode, streamers are thought to propagate by photo-ionization; the parameters of photo-ionization depend on the He: CO ratio. Therefore we study streamers in He ( 90%, 80% and 70% ) with (10%, 20% and 30%) CO respectively. The streamer diameter is essentially the change by increase for similar voltage and pressure in all He-CO mixtures.
In this research, we prepared a polymer blend of polyvinylalcohol (PVA)/carrageenan/kaolinite by means of the solution cast approach. The composition of the blend was PVA in 1 gm by weight with 0.2 gm carrageenan as a plasticizer. The ratio of nanoclay varied between 1 and 5 wt%. Different properties were investigated in this study such as water vapor permeability, hardness, tear strength, color stability, thermal stability, and antibacterial activity. Water vapor permeability was decreased with increasing the ratio of nanoclay, while the values of hardness, tear strength, color stability, and thermal stability were increased. Also, the antibacterial activity examination with two types of bacteria, e.g.

The ligand 4-amino-N-(5-methylisoxazole-3-yl)-benzene-sulfonamide(L1) (as a chelating ligand) was treated with Pd(II),Pt (IV) and Au(III) ions in alcoholic medium in order to prepare a series of new metal complexes. Mixed ligand complexes of this primary ligand were prepared in alcoholic medium in presence of the co-ligand 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridyl(L2) with Cu(II) ,Pd(II) and Au(III) ions. The complexes were characterized in solid state using flame atomic absorption, elemental analysis C.H.N.S, FT-IR, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The nature of some complexes formed in ethanolic solution has been studied following the molar ratio method, also stability constant was studied and the complexes f

Show MoreIn this work, Schiff base ligands L1: N, N-bis (2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde) hydrazine, L2: N, N-bis (salicylidene) hydrazine, and L3:N –salicylidene- hydrazine were synthesized by condensation reaction. The prepared ligands were reacted with specific divalent metal ions such as (Mn2+, Fe2+, Ni2+) to prepare their complexes. The ligands and complexes were characterized by C.H.N, FT-IR, UV-Vis, solubility, melting point and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The results show that the ligands of complexes (Mn2+, Fe2+) have octahedral geometry while the ligands of complexes (Ni2+) have tetrahedral geometry.
