A 3D geological model is an essential step to reveal reservoir heterogeneity and reservoir properties distribution. In the present study, a three-dimensional geological model for the Mishrif reservoir was built based on data obtained from seven wells and core data. The study focuses on assessment of the quality of some image enhancement methods which were implemented on renal X-ray images. The enhancement methods included Imadjust, Histogram Equalization (HE) and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE). by ELISA test, anti-reticulin antibodies IgA and IgG, and anti-endomysial
antibodies IgA and IgG by IFAT. There was a significant elevation in the
concentration of anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies IgA and IgG compared to
control groups (P≤0.05), there was 4(13.33%) positive results for anti-reticulin
antibodies IgA and IgG , 3(10%) positive results for anti-endomysial antibodies
