A hydrophilic interaction chromatography has been investigated to separate 2-deoxycytidine chosen for nucleoside. A small molecule with specific features for human serum samples was 2-deoxycytidine tested. 2-deoxycytidine has been applied to self-made stationary hydrophilic phases (ZIC1 and ZIC5). In this investigation, time average local gas holdup was recorded for three different height to diameter (H/D) ratios 3, 4 and 5 in 18" diameter slurry bubble column. Air-water-glass beads system was used with superficial velocity up to 0.24 m/s. the gas holdup was measured using 4-tips optical fiber probe technique. The calibration of the three meter Baghdad University Radio Telescope (BURT) has been performed using two types of calibrations: Antenna Position calibration, and Detector calibration. The sun is used as a reference source to calibrate the telescope. The antenna position Azimuth (Az), and Elevation (El) are calibrate according to sun's azimuth and elevation in the date (11/10/2017; at time 10:19 AM).
