Background: pain is frequently listed among initial symptoms of MS or an occurring in the course of the disease.
Patients and Methods: one hundred thirty MS patients diagnosed according to Macdonald's criteria compared with 115 matched age and sex control were interviewed about pain Neuropathic, somatic and headache.
Results: Neuropathic pain was significantly higher in MS than control group, while LLD and ARP were of no significance difference between two groups. For somatic pain there was significant increase in MS.
Conclusion: pain is common in MS especially LLD. There is no significant difference between pain subtypes and duration of disease and FS, EDSS.

    The ion-pair formation method has been applied for the spectrophotometric determination of Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate, in bulk samples and in dosage form. An Indirect simple sensitive and applicable spectrofluorometric method has been developed for the determination of Cefotaxime Sodium (CEF), ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride (CIP) and Famotidine (FAM) using reaction system bromate-bromide and acriflavine (AF) as fluorescent dye. The method is based on the oxidation of drugs with known excess bromate-bromide mixture in acidic medium and subsequent determination of unreacted oxidant by quenching fluorescence of AF. Mechanical and thermal properties of composites, consisted of unsaturated polyester resin, reinforced by different kinds of natural materials (Orange peels and Date seeds) and industrial materials (carbon and silica) with particle size 98 µm were studied. Various weight ratios, 5, 10, and 15 wt. % of natural and industrial materials have been infused into polyester. This study aimed to compare the safety and efficacy of laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy, the two most commonly used transurethral lithotripsy methods for treating bladder stones in children in Iraq.
