This paper includes a comparison between denoising techniques by using statistical approach, principal component analysis with local pixel grouping (PCA-LPG), this procedure is iterated second time to further improve the denoising performance, and other enhancement filters were used. Like adaptive Wiener low pass-filter to a grayscale image that has been degraded by constant power additive noise, based on statistics estimated from a local neighborhood of each pixel.       This study included the isolation and identification of Citrobacter freundii from 220 samples collected from inpatients and outpatients suffering from urinary tract infection (UTI) and identified at the laboratory of the General Samarra Hospital in Samarra City, Iraq. The study was conducted to investigate some of the virulence factors produced by C. freundii. The results showed that 67 isolates were  belonging to the C. freundii, with a rate of  30.45%. Aminomethylene Meldrum’s acid derivatives were synthesized by a three-component, one-pot reaction of Meldrum's acid with triethyl orthoformate and different aromatic amines. The prepared compounds were characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR and 13C NMR) and evaluated as anti-corrosion and anti-rust additives by blending with base lubricating oil, according to the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM-D130 and ASTM-D665).
