Green Synthesis Concept of Nanoparticles From Environmental Bacteria and Their Effects on Pathogenic Bacteria

Soil bacteria play an interesting role in the reduction of Ag+ ions and the formation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), which may be a good source for nanoparticles and play a major role in nanotechnology applications. The concept of this project was to study the effects of these environmentally produced nanoparticles on the growth of some pathogenic bacteria. The environmental bacteria were isolated from soil, purified on broth cultures, and centrifuged, while the supernatant was extracted to detect its ability to convert silver nitrate to nanoparticles. The AgNPs was detected by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), while Granularity Cumulating Distribution (GCD) was employed to estimate the AgNPs sizes. The results showed the synthesis of AgNPs with sizes of 63.50nm and 45.81nm from the extracts of environmental Pseudomonas sp. and Enterobacter, respectively. The synthesized AgNPs from the extracts of all environmental bacteria showed antibacterial activity against some pathogenic bacteria (Gram positive and Negative) with variable inhibition zones. In conclusion, environmental bacteria can be a cheap source of nanoparticles.

Measuring the impact of the financial value of human resources on investor decisions: (An Empirical Study)

The aim of the research is to clarify the measurement of the impact regarding financial value of human resources on investors' decisions by considering that the human element is one of the assets of the company. Therefore, a set of criteria must be available to determine the applicability of these standards in the human resource because it has an effective role in the success for the company. Is to measure the value of human resources in a financial format according to the first two methods depends on the value and the second depends on the cost.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed to survey the views of a number of employees of the General Company for Leather Industries in order to arriv

Study of effect of non-central obscuration to obscured circular aperture on third order spherical aberration

In this research we have been studied the 3rd order spherical aberration for an optical system consisted of obscured circular aperture with non central circular obscuration through the calculation of point spread function (P.S.F) in presence of the obscuration in the center and comparing the obtained results with that results of moving obscuration far away from the center, where the results showed significant improvement for(P.S.F) value. The study was done of different obscurities ratios in addition to the different 3rd order spherical aberration values (W40=0.25 ,0.5 ,0.75 ,1 ).

Effect of Gamma Irradiation on Vegetative Growth of three Sugarcane Genotypes (Saccharum officinarum L.) in field

I n vitro rooting plantlets of three sugarcane genotypes(Co.j.64, Co.j.86 and Missan) were cultured in the field after exposed at different doses of gamma rays (1,2,3,4,) kr. Data of reduction percentage on vegetative growth, roots number, length per plant and their diameter were investigated. Results showed gradual reductions in number of shoots, length and diameter as according to increasing of gamma doses. The reduction percentage in shoot number, length were reached 57.86,70.36 % at 4 kr respectively which have mean number and length per plant reached (9.27 and 55.33 cm) as compared with the control treatment ,While 1 kr caused higher percent in diameter reached 9.69 % with mean of diameter per plant reached 2.57 cm. Mean time , Ge

Effect of electrode separation in magnetron DC plasma sputtering on grain size of gold coated samples

In this work, an experimental research on a low voltage DC magnetron plasma sputtering (0-650) volt is used for coating gold on a glass substrate at a constant pressure of argon gas 0.2 mbar and deposition time of 30 seconds. We focused on the effects of operating conditions for the system such as, electrode separation and sputtering current on coated samples under the influence of magnetic flux. Electron temperature and electrons and ions densities are determined by a cylindrical single Langmuir probe. The results show the sensitivity of electrode separation lead to change the plasma parameters. Furthermore, the surface morphology of gold coated samples at different electrode separation and sputtering current were studied by atomic forc

The effect of transparency on job satisfaction: An applied research in sample of national insurance companies

Transparency considered being one of the modern administrational terms which started to be largely used in the last period, because of its political, economical, social and cultural dimensions. As well as, its administrational dimension that helps to create a work environment marked by order and flawless from wrong practices and Transparency provides credibility to the sides that pursue it in their practices, till it became a mean of distinction. The choice of the subject of the research ((Transparency and its effect on Level of Job satisfactions of Workers in General Insurance company)), which aims to measure the effect of Transparency in Level of Job satisfactions of Workers in Insurance company. Came in the time when many countries te

Influence of Discharge Pressure on the Plasma Parameter in a Planar Dc-Sputtering Discharge of Argon

Abstract- Plasma parameters in a planar dc-sputtering discharge in argon were measured by cylindrical electrostatic probe (Langmuir probe).Electron density, electron temperature, floating potential, and space potential were monitored as a function of working discharge pressure. Electrostatic probe and supporting circuit were described and used to plot the current – voltage characteristics. Plasma properties were inferred from the current-voltage characteristics of a single probe positioned at the inter-cathode space. Typical values are in the range of (10-16 -10-17) m-3 and (2.93 – 5.3) eV for the electron density and the electron temperature respectively.

Effect of Fe-Doping on the Properties of CdO Thin Films Prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition

Pure and iron-doped cadmium oxide ((CdO)1-xFex) thin films at different ratios were prepared using  pulsed laser deposition technique. The X-ray diffraction showed a polycrystalline structure for all samples associated with cubic CdO structure. Another phase appeared at the highest ratio corresponding to the cubic Fe phase. Crystallinity was enhanced and crystalline size increased with increasing Fe ratio. AFM measurements showed that increase of  Fe ratio led to an increase in the average particle diameter. In addition, the distribution of particle size became wide and of irregular behaviour, as well as increasing of the average roughness and the root-mean-square roughness. Increasing the Fe ratio caused
